The person serving us (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was very attentive to our needs and concerns. Made the simple transaction of taking our faulty PS5 controller and replacing it with a new one thanks to our lan and protect plan through curry’s.

Amazed that no sales assistant in the actual shop wanted to help us with our £1500 order. Currys wanted us to do 2 separate transactions, one down stairs in the laptop area, and then go all the way upstairs to pay for a washing machine. Would have bought elsewhere but had a discount code.
Delivery came on time and promised but couldn't understand why no one in the shop wanted to help? more like, " i don't deal with that department"

Good service at the shop and efficient delivery when the item was not in stock at the store. I was informed that the item would be delivered the following day and the target was spot on with DPD.

Overall a good experience.

I ordered two items. The first one was a phone case which was out of stock and had to be sent from the warehouse. The second item was a kettle, I had to buy a more expensive one than I wanted because all the cheaper ones were unavailable for collection or completely out of stock! I received an email and text message to say that my kettle was ready for collection. Whilst I was at the store I asked about the phonecase because I hadn't recieved any confirmation that it had arrived. The assistant found it behind the counter and told me that the "system" was supposed to send out the email/text, staff were no longer involved in that process. It was fortunate that I had to go and collect another item otherwise I may never had known that my phonecase had arrived!

I visited Currys in Scunthorpe today to purchase a fridge freezer, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Saffron. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding.
Saffron was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right appliance rather than simply making a sale. She took the time to explain the various options, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
It's becoming increasingly rare to receive customer service of this calibre, but Saffron was a credit to both herself and Currys. Professional, approachable, and thoroughly helpful throughout, she turned what could have been a confusing purchase into a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
If you're visiting the Scunthorpe store and need advice on a new appliance, I highly recommend seeking out Saffron. Outstanding customer service and a great ambassador for the company.

They wasn't very knowledgeable about the product the product wasn't what they said ie in performance and quality wish I had got what I thought I should have got

Very pleased with Jake in the shop, we discussed the machine and getting it in stalled.
The installation technicians were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, integrated machine was fixed quickly. A problem with the kitchen was well explained. We have made arrangements to sort the problem.
