Upon delivery they got my order wrong.
When in the shop the previous week, I felt the salesman was just interested himself, rather what I wanted! What I mean by that is his attitude to see whats perks, commission he could get from the sale. (Goods totalling £3500) As when the delivery arrived, I received 2 ovens and no induction hob, and I was told to buy a certain tv bracket (the most expensive one) for the tv I was having installed, but the install team said it was the wrong bracket, so they couldn't install the tv at that time.
I did go back to the store and spoke to a manager, who did sort things out but it shouldn't of come to that, wasting my time and costing me more to rectify the fault of the store.
I would of given it 2 stars but as said with the help of the manager it was rectified eventually.

Easy to order. Easy to click and collect. Sales person was bright, breezy and welcoming, but had a long wait at the sales desk.

Even though there was a separate Collection desk, I was directed (after waiting 10 minutes) to the Returns desk, where they was already a queue. After another 10 minutes I went to the Pay desk and the guy there went and got my collection order

The customer service was awful.

Washer was delivered and installed, no problem. Old machine and all packaging was taken away. Good job

Your show reperesentive made the world of difference, he recommended a tumble dryer and expanded why other models were not as good.

Excellent service very efficient and quick

Too many choices which I found confusing.

Bought a dishwasher,was ablely assisted by Olive who was helpful but not pushy. (Olive helped us a few weeks ago with another big purchase). Was difficult to find staff on shop floor. Delivery was easy to arrange with friendly polite delivery men

The store had a wide range of tv’s I found the display disorganised, preferring some logical organisation. Either tv’s displayed in size order or by brand.
We walked around looking for about 29 mins without acknowledgment or being approached. This was despite a clutch of around four or five members of staff catching up on personal news.
One member of staff wearing a HERE TO HELP top on asked if we needed any help, we said yes and he beckoned for a tv colleague to help.
He was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to find the tv for us.
Unfortunately the tv he sold us wast in stock at the store and we had to go to Mansfield to collect our tv.
Had we not been in need of a tv that day we would of gone to John Lewis where good old fashioned customer service is still important there.

Spoke with Olive again and she is amazing!!! Helped me choose the best dryer for what I wanted. So helpful from start to finish.

From the experience in the shop to the engineer installing it we were very impressed.The installation was done in a very professional way from unpacking to showing us it working was very simple.It was worth the money for installation simply for the peace of mind.I would recommend curry’s and their staff very highly.

Olive made our visit great she was so knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. Gave great advice. Got everything sorted for us. We are very happy with our purchases
