Perfect Service from Ebony!
Faulty headphones exchange sorted by the amazing Ebony.
I was feeling sad having arrived home with my new headphones not working, so I came back to Currys, where Ebony was able to not only sort out the exchange, but take the time away from a team meeting to assist me in choosing my exchange headphones, which I couldn’t have been happier with her choice! Very happy customer!
If the next team group meeting isn’t discussing her pay rise, it isn’t worth having.

A turn around in customer service
We have shopped with Curry’s in the past and was never impressed with the customer service ( or lack of it!)
But my word , what a difference in the Haverfordwest store. The colleagues were attentive and friendly and polite and quick to help.

I wanted to buy a replacement set top box with some quite specific requirements. I did an A.I. chat and settled for a Humax box, available from my local branch of Currys. I spoke to a customer service agent to check all the facts I had gleaned. She was extremely helpful but there was something she didn’t understand so called for a colleague to help. Again, he was very helpful. There was one further question he couldn't answer so I returned home top check with Humax. My query was answered so I retuned to Currys the next day and placed my order with the same agent. She arranged for the box to be delivered to my home. The updates from the carrier were very informative and helpful and the delivery was excellent. Five well deserved stars for Currys.
