Complain about Andre- Currys Enfield EN1 1TW
I would like to complain about Andre staff in Curry Enfield EN1 1TW and his manager.
First of all, Andre’s professional competence and customer service quality were extremely poor. We had signed up to purchase a refrigerator using a "buy now, pay later" plan on August 29, 2026. We had already received approval from Creation; the only remaining step was to sign the agreement. However, Andre lost the online agreement during the process. Initially, he tried to gloss over the mistake by claiming the process had to be restarted from scratch and asking for our personal information again. I found this unreasonable and was dissatisfied, but I waited to see what he would do next. Subsequently, the system sent us a link stating that although we had been approved, the account was on hold because the online agreement hadn't been signed, and we would have to wait 24–72 hours for the application to be cleared. This meant we would have to submit a new application and face further delays. What frustrates me most is that throughout this entire ordeal, he never once apologized for his error; instead, he tried to cover it up with a blatant lack of accountability. Even his manager failed to apologize, simply insisting that nothing could be done. I cannot understand how a major retailer like Currys could employ such incompetent staff and managers. There was not a single word of apology to foster customer understanding. While I acknowledge that Andre made a careless mistake by losing the agreement, he should have been honest with us and asked us to bear with the delay. Yet, they failed to demonstrate the basic qualities expected of sales staff and managers. I urge Currys to address this issue; as a major retailer, honesty and professionalism are paramount.
