I have not received my product

I find wearing the neck and chest mask quite cumbersome. The wire on it is too big and heavy and moves the mask when wearing. It’s nearly impossible to wear with any sort of top/clothes. Also both straps that come with the mask are way too long to actually hold it in place properly. I’m sure the results will be good but a power button on the mask without the wire would have been much more comfortable to wear.

I love the mask, décolletage & neck and helmet: real results seen (used for 1yr so far).
I had to return the series2 face mask after 11mths as it stopped working: returns process was simple and faultless (£5 postage should ideally have been covered by the company but that’s a very small issue!) and my new mask arrived asap. Loving using all 3 products again!

Ordered a led hair regrow helmet.
Ordering process was very easy and straightforward. There are two sizes of the helmet so you need to measure your head in order to get the right size for you. There are instructions on the website which is super helpful
So far everything is good but early days to say about how really works as I have been using only about two weeks. But it’s very easy to use every day, normally watching something or doing things in these 10 minutes.
Delivery of the product was very good as well

After reading really good comments for LED MASK I’ve purchased to treat myself unfortunately it’s stopped working after just 10days. Very disappointed!! I’ve requested to return the item but still waiting for their reply. Although wanted to try for longer to see the results might order again and hopefully it won’t break again. Its very expensive item wasn’t expecting this to happen that quick.
However delivery was really fast.

I’ve been using my LED helmet consistently for the past four months, and I can honestly say I’m really impressed with the results. I’ve been using the CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Mask for a couple of weeks now and I’m honestly really impressed.

My skin is quite reactive and prone to redness, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But after consistent use, I’ve noticed my skin looks calmer, more even, and overall healthier. The redness appears less intense and my skin just feels more balanced.

The mask itself is comfortable, easy to use, and fits well into my routine. I also appreciate that it’s quick to use, so it doesn’t feel like a chore.

I really love using it & additionally the hydrogel mask with it

After few weeks of regular use my skin feels more lustrous and unified. Small lines around eyes disapperared and i look more relaxed. Mask is made from soft silicone which is comfortble. (i love that the mask is wireless so i can chill on sofa) Usage is very beginner friendly, just put it on, choose mode and relax for 10min. If anyone is wondering if it is worth the cost, it is. Highly recommending.

Very disappointing and unfair experience with CurrentBody Canada.
I followed their return instructions exactly and did NOT open the sealed white box once I decided to return the item. Despite this, they still deducted money from my refund, claiming the seal was broken.
If the box was opened during customs inspection, why am I being held responsible for that? This is completely outside of my control and should not be used to justify charging customers a “restocking fee.”
I paid $1,310.39 and only received $1,073.81 back, plus I was charged return shipping and additional fees. This is a significant loss for a product returned in proper condition and according to their own instructions.
This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. Customers should not be penalized for issues caused during shipping or customs handling.
