Unprofessionals rookies, avoid!

Applied online and receive a call from recruiter C. After couple of emails & phone calls back & forth about thr job. She wanted to see me, which I made an effort to make it happens. We met & felt she was unprepared & improvised conversation with no key questions. Basically sounded like a rookie. A couple of weeks passed with no contact. I've sent an email, no response. Week later tried to call, not picking up. She was deliberately adament that ghosting is the right way! So unprofessional & gives negative outlook on an agency just been created in 2022 with two employees 🤦🏻‍♂️.
