Queen Anne last week around uk. Took 3 hours to get on board and left outside in the weather. There were hundreds of seats inside after 2.5 hours was allowed in to use the rest room whilst i then awaited for my wife to come through. Then when we returned was docked not in the embarkation port but some 2.5 miles away was inform by the boat to get a taxi at my cost then claim it back. Claimed the taxi fare only to be told by Cunard as we didn’t use there recommended provider they won’t refund my taxi costs. cps did not have any. Vacancies when we booked the port as we were upgraded. And given a different time to be there.done over 15 cruises and never not returned to the embarkation dock. They obviously knew before but didn’t tell me or i could have made different arrangement. A gold Cunard customer and won’t be using them again. Appalling that the library was also closed for 4 days only open 9-12 and4-6 pm. Told being refurbished but it wasn’t never again Cunard never again. I’ll go back to Fred Olsen or P&O where they treat you so much better.

My wife and I have recently returned from an Alaskan cruise aboard Queen Elizabeth. The whole experience, from booking to disembarking, was first class. Unfortunately this is Cunard’s last ‘Alaska season’ for the foreseeable future. If they should re-commence this sailing I would book again. Thank you Cunard.

We just love sailing with Cunard. We have been on Victoria and Queen Mary 2 and love them both. We go Queens Grill each time and find the service,staff, faculties and the ships overall to be great.

Worst cruise line ever - the customer support does not exist in reality. Impossible to contact them. Contact center is open from 8.30 AM - that is what you hear on the phone while calling at 10.30 AM and then you hear it is closed at the moment... I'm literally speechless.
When You get somebody to finaly answer the phone they cannot tell you anything about your enquiry because they tell you to wait about a week or two until someone writes you back. That company is a JOKE!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Now I got message that my enquiry will be answered up to A COUPLE OF MONTHS!!!
Yes, it is not a mistake - a cuple of months!

We went from New York to Southamton UK on the Queen Mary 2. The ship is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, I can't say enough about them, they were beyond the best! Our trip was just wonderful all around. Absolutely relaxing and fun both. It's very relaxed and classy, not a loud partying thing. I highly recommend, and again I just can't say enough about the wonderful staff, I was super impressed with them! Had one rough day at sea and my son was sick so we stayed in our stateroom but we actually had fun with it falling around, it was hilarious. My son was thumping around from wall to wall in the shower and me with neuropathy and can't walk decent in the first place was walking around like Captain Jack Sparrow.🤣 But other than that day the ship was very smooth sailing. We had a lovely time! Seriously if you want an obnoxious, loud, drunk, twirking cruise, this isn't it. If you want total relaxation, gentle entertainment and good food then this is your cruise!🛳

We completed our second Cunard Queen Elizabeth Alaska cruise two days ago. It was spectacular, again, in every way. We are very pleased.
The ship is gorgeous. The public spaces are beautiful.
The staff incredible. The entertainment excellent. The food out of this world and varied. There is something for everyone. Multiple bars/lounges to enjoy. If you love Ballroom Dancing, this is the cruise ship for you. The Queen’s Ballroom comes alive with fabulous ballroom dancing every evening to a live Band. If you don’t dance, there are many other options too. It is a small ship at 2300 passengers which is our preference.
We sail Queen’s Grill and it is the ultimate 5 star first class experience. Princess Grill is also lovely.
I highly recommend Cunard especially if you want to dress nicer for dinners with an option to eat at the Lido Buffet in your jeans/shorts.
Afternoon Tea is lovely and the Champagne Afternoon Tea outstanding.

Cunard is a very nice cruise. It seems like throw back to a more elegant style of travel. Definitely enjoyed would do all again. These guys do an excellent job from food to service.

Our first time at Queens Grill level & it was the most fantastic experience! We had a fabulous time & couldn't have asked for a more delightful cruise! The staff were superb, the level of service second to none!

The Queen Victoria is a beautiful ship, full of nostalgia and comfort, excellent service and food.
Staff are very good and the bars are very pleasant and welcoming.

I did a 1 week trans-Atlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2 in June 2026. The experience was very positive and exceeded my expectations. The quality of cabin, service and the overall shipboard experience exceeded my expectations. Fully satisfied with my first Cunard holiday.

Simply superb on board the Queen Mary 2 we had a lovely Cub Stateroom with Balcony, the standard was excellent all the staff were amazing ad the food and entertainment top notch

Exceptional Trans Atlantic crossing where everything the staff did, made us feel very welcome and very special. We finished the cruise with wonderful memories and we felt very blessed to have experienced such a wonderful holiday.
I would recommend this cruise entirely. From start to finish, it was truly wonderful.
We were Princess Grill guests and the experience made us feel like Royalty. It was simply devine!

The service was excellent so was the menu's the queen victoria needs a little attention in certain areas but the most disappointing part was the lack of dancing considering it as without doubt the best ballroom of any cruise ship we have been on the queen victoria on 3 occasions danceing was always at the forefront

Stanley the restaurant manager, he made our holiday fabulous. I unfortunately found the very large restaurant a little claustrophobic as the gap between some of the tables is literally 30cm! I explained this to him and from then onwards, at every sitting, he ensured my table was separate with a stunning view of the sea. We were thanked him generously when we departed. So grateful. He made an amazing cruise absolutely unforgettable, so much so we’ve booked for July 2027…. This time upgraded our dining to Club🙌

Our second time sailing on the Queen Mary 2. It is just our speed. Look, if you want go kart tracks and waterslides and drunk people at 9 a.m., go somewhere else. If you want white gloved afternoon tea service, incredible meals, fascinating talks, the largest library at sea, etc., then Cunard is your best bet. It is such a unique experience being on this incredible ship. Do the transatlantic crossing and get several 25 hour days to ease into the time change!

Fantastic service provided by Cunard, Queen Victoria. The Queens Grill restaurant and bar was outstanding with amazing food drinks and service. Attention to detail by the Butler service is second to none. Just turn up for your cruise, relax with like minded guests and let cunard take care of everything else.

This was our second time cruising with Cunard and we love the experience. Many of the other cruise lines have gone to huge ships that are floating theme parks but we love the more traditional cruise experience where relaxation is the key. The standard of service with Cunard is excellent and the quality of food is superb. They also enforce their dress code when it comes to the main dining room - no baseball caps and shorts here! Queen Victoria is a beautiful ship where you never feel crowded.

Great cruise from Southampton to New York. Weather not great but that can't be helped. Lots to do and staff mostly very friendly, polite and helpful.
Highlight was sailing under the bridge at the entrance to the Hudson. That was amazing. Highly recommend Cunard.
Only complaint. Booked friends and family which was great but because of that not allowed to book a Signature wifi and drinks package. Didn't quite get that.
