My wife and I went into buy a used car from this dealership. We confirmed availability of the vehicle and set an appointment with the sales team.
When we got there the sales department could not find the car nor had any idea where the car was. Additionally the salesman was completely erratic and had difficulty forming complete thoughts and sentences.
When we tried to convey our frustration to the sales management team, their response was completely dismissive towards us and became hostile and aggressive when we found their attitude unacceptable.
Ultimately we made the senior management of both the dealership and auto group aware of this mistreatment but in the end they offered no solutions and our correspondence went unanswered.
Culver City Toyota is a total dud of a dealership! Look elsewhere for your Toyota needs.

I generally have had good experiences with Culver City Toyota, but my last experience was terrible. I dropped off my newish car (24,000 miles) for a routine oil change. The intake advisor (whose name I didn't catch) advised me I'd need some routine maintenance in the coming year. Two hours later they called and told me my car was ready. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out I had $500 worth of work. At no point was I advised about repairs and they refused to tell me what or why the repairs were needed. I wrote 3 letters, and finally I went in person and spoke to Oswaldo who lied to my face and told me I had agreed to the repairs. Eventually they knocked $200 off the cost but this is a scam.
