Ordered blender in feb emailed so many times no response and still no blender I don’t think anyone should use this company it may be a scam

Ordered 2 blender's 18th of August still haven't received the goods I have emailed them have had no reply .

Worst company ever, stay away from them.

i am trying to contact the company but without any response. i already sent them more than 5 emails without any reply.i do not recommend any one to buy from this comp.

received cotx3 miner from cubify uk, used for 10 months and it suddenly stopped working, contacted them on discord which took 2-3days before response then 2-3 days as they looked into it, then told to email cubify, i did 3 times in 14 days and no response = very frustrating

Not sure if a scam but they are definitely not a serious vendor and the chance you'll lose your money is extremely high. Ordered two miners. They made an attempt to deliver after 5 months but the package was held back and returned by customs. They promised they would reship but that never happened. Haven't received a reply in over month.

Received only half of what was ordered, do not respond to emails. Avoid.

THERE ARE FAKE REVIEWS, IM BEGGING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE MONTHS AND MONTHS TO REPLY, DONT REFUND AFTER LYING ABOUT DELIVERY DATES AND ARE HORRIBLE THE REVIEWS SHOWING THEY ARE GOOD ALL ARE AROUND THE SAME TIME AND ARE FAKE. SCAM

Took a while before I got a respond or my products but we got their in the end

Don’t order anything by this bad online shop. They don’t delivered what you have ordered and switch without your agreement to another miner. Then they declare it on the invoice as the one you have ordered. Swindler. They don’t answer to your mails.

Ordered 2 milesight UG65 miners on 11 nov 2021, it took 5 months but i finaly got them today.
So it takes a verry long time, but in the end this company is not a scam.

I have got an email where my milesight miners got changed to downgraded browan, thats not fair, i ask you about refund or just send me milesight miners which i ordered. My order number #4280

Late delivery, poor customer comunication, no responsibility, catastrophic management, no experience. worst service i have ever seen. My order which i made 5 month ago and should get 3 month ago is still undelivered .

If I could give this company a minus rating I would. Absolutely no support or response to repeated emails. I ordered a miner in September, with November shipping. I moved , emailed them several times to change the shipment to new address no response. Fast forward to March next year. Item ships to the wrong address. Buyer beware and stay away.

Took months to deliver, response is non existent, asked for a refund no answer

I posted an review about the company at the begining of the March and they replied that my order would be shipped in a week, but nothing has been changed, still waiting my order to be shipped. And nobody is replying my emails. There is not any phone number to ask about our order, my order has been done at 21 November, the order number is Order #4234.

By the way after posting my previous review on this web site, which is at the begining of March, they replied to me with an email, however they had never replied my emails before this submited review. I requested them to refund my money back however they refused to do it without giving any reason.

Strongly advise no one to order something from them, they are scammers, probably near time they will shut down their company, so your money will be wasted like mine.
