Fantastic local estate agents, would highly recommend Abu and Sian have helped with every query every step of the way. Together the team sold my property for more than any other local agent estimated the sale price.
The team even went the extra mile and retrieved personal documents of mine from the property that were left behind.
Through the entire sales process the staff at Clee were always available and eager to help.
I'll happily refer family and friends to them, and will use them as an agent myself in the future.

Bethan, Sian and the team from the Neath branch were brilliant and helpful, kept us up to date and were very professional during visits.

Viewing a property with my elderly mother, rep was considerate and professional, allowing Mum to feel very comfortable, explained all about the property patiently.

During negotiations and completion, maintained timely contact and service provided has resulted in further recommendations to others.

We had their Manager from Carmarthen Branch to give a market appraisal today. What a waste of time! Showed him round all the vast, very substantial improvements carried out since buying our house five year ago - to make it a truly eye catching smallish equestrian property for a growing family not seen anywhere in this area ready to move in ! His valuation was ridiculous and laughable! Out of courtesy, didn’t show him the door, instead told him politely the subject is closed. Did he stop? No! Carried on with his verbal diarrhoea! He is a “know all” man, by far the worst we had ever come across, having moved house 12 times across the South East and Wales !

I sold my house with CTF. Chris was my point of contact and he was very personable, professional and transparent in all our dealings. I met with 4 agencies initially and felt that Chris and the company were the best choice to help me sell my house. They proved me right. I live abroad and Chris was very good at keeping me regularly updated with any developments. I always felt I could get in touch whenever needed and actually talk to a person, not an answer machine, that meant a lot. Once a buyer was found, the sale went through very quickly and painlessly. I was very satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. I was a landlord before selling and have dealt with other agencies in the area which I would not recommend and did not trust to sell my house. However, I wholeheartedly would recommend Clee Tompkinson Francis. Excellent service. Thank you.

My sister and I had a very good experience with CTF. Problems came up along the way, not least a fire at the property which seriously held things up. However Chris and his team were extremely helpful and reliable at all times. All queries , no matter how small were attended too either by phone or email promptly.The many viewings were always conducted in a friendly and professional manner. I can honestly say that I was totally satisfied with the service provided and would recommend the Walter Rd branch of CTF to anyone.

I was really impressed with the customer service of provided by Clee Tomkinson Francis. They gave me an estimate on the sale of my house and they were spot on. The whole experience was very quick and efficient. Even I was surprised how quickly they sold my house and how easy they made the whole experience for me. In particular, Rhys Thomas deserves a shout out for his excellent service. He was able to answer all my queries and took the hassle out of selling my house.

I put my house up for sale with this company last summer 20024. The sales agent's and all staff I dealt with were perfectly pleasant and helpful and the brochure etc all OK . They gave feedback after each viewing.

However they did not attempt to go above and beyond on anything. Although they were aware I was also looking for a house in the local area they never drew my attention to suitable houses that THEY had for sale. I only found out if they had new houses with them as I have alerts on Zoopla etc

After 3 months of viewings but no offers they never suggested a conversation about lowering the price or any improvement's etc
I understand that I could have also pushed this further also and queried it and maybe I should have ?.But what was I paying for ?

I got the impression this company are just coasting and doing what they have always done. They done nothing special for me and I terminated my contract as soon as I could. They need to revisit their sales model

Surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have recently completed on the sale of one property and purchase of another, with two different branches of Clee - Carmarthen and Pontardawe. I have been surprised and impressed by the level of service from both offices. There has been regular communication, which has been friendly and supportive and an enterprising suggestion led to my purchase of a property which I hadn't even considered. I wouldn't hesitate to use CTF again, or to recommend them.
