Paid 88€ for a haul through CSS Buy

Paid 88€ for a haul through CSS Buy. Got two pairs of low-quality, undersized Asics and an Eric Emanuel short that was supposed to be XL and came in S.
They ignore my messages and offer no compensation. Avoid this scam platform – they don’t care once they get your money.

They now claim they “don’t sell anything” – even though they accepted my payment, shipped the items and confirmed everything.
Classic scam tactics. I’m going full chargeback.

fast shipping time

fast shipping time. BUT shipping calculator is bad and they will always charge 20-50 dollars more. they need to fix it asap beacuse sometimes i just get paranoid. Other than that the service is great and shipping time is very very fast.

I paid ¥4500 for an iPhone via CSSBuy, got a fake replica. Full proof – insurance denied.

I’ve been using CSSBuy for a while and never had issues — until now. This time, I placed my biggest order ever: an iPhone costing over ¥4500.

I paid for:

Full video inspection (QC)

Air column protection

Shipping insurance

Here’s the video CSSBuy recorded in the warehouse, showing a legit working iPhone:

When the parcel arrived, I unboxed it and found a cheap plastic replica. No internals, no screen, just a fake shell:

I contacted CSSBuy immediately. I was calm, respectful, and provided everything: photos, videos, even timestamps.

Their response?
❌ “You didn’t record from the moment before opening the box”
❌ “This could be a scam”

They denied the insurance claim — even after I proved that the device I received is not the one shown in their own QC video.

I’ve spent a lot of money and trusted CSSBuy. But their insurance only works if you record an unboxing video perfectly from the start — otherwise, you're on your own, even with proof.

⚠️ If you’re planning to buy expensive items using CSSBuy, be warned: their “insurance” may not protect you.

I lost ¥4500 and received nothing but disrespect and blame. Don’t let it happen to you.

I apologise for the experience you had. However, you have clearly not followed our insurance policy, so it isn't a fault of the policy as you claim it is.

Here is a snippet from our policy: "An uncut unboxing video that starts recording before you unpack your parcel must be provided to claim a compensation based on damage. You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to claim this form of compensation. If not, CSSBuy reserves the right to refuse your insurance claim"

The unboxing video you provided starts after the package has been opened, therefore it is impossible to verify whether the items you unpack actually arrived like this.

Our packaging CCTV footage as well as our Quality Check footage confirm that we have shipped the real phone, and that we do not have any "replica" phones laying around in our warehouse.

In order to fight fraud, we need to be strict with our policy. If you had followed it, we would have refunded your parcel.

Scammers

Scammers, dont trust them.

After paying and getting my package sent out, it stopped getting updates. Contacted them on disord and they made me wait nearly a month with random excuses like "The airline's dismantling and sorting has been affected, because of the AMS ground service moving warehouse, so there is a bit of delay, involving some of the goods are delayed. Please wait patiently for the further updates soon.". After making me wait a month they refunded 1/3 of the package value not including shipping??

Stay away from them.

EDIT: These guys had the nerve to reply to me saying my package has probably been already delivered. It has NOT. Stay away from them.
