I ordered PC from this website and very happy, chatsupport is excellent, the also speek english, and they give you any information about your order.
I had problem with graphic card, I sent the graphics card back, and they send me new one, warranty not void if you opened case, so you can sent back the detail, and don't need to send back whole PC.

to begin, I’ve often been warned to avoid pre-assembled PCs, now that I’m writing this message you can doubt that I had one of the worst experiences, so here is my story buying from CSL COMPUTER.

My job : I’m a General freelance designer from 2d to 3d and what’s in between, I pay my rent with that job.
Summer 2020: after saving for a while, I deciced to get my self a better hardware to work with. Seeing that superb offre from (You know who), I bought from them that PC(AMD 3900x, 2080S, 32gb ram, 1to nvme ) price ? : +1700€ legit. Few time after I received the computer!! starting it… nothing’s happning, so contacted the support & saw some online comment’s and understood that could take time to get fixed and sent back to me, So understanding that this issues might be common sometimes, I took it to the local store, cause: mismonted cpu-fan so cpu was literally unpluged.
no compensation from (You know who).
7 months later”: on the evening of February 25, the computer went out, without turning on again, towards the computer store, the technician recommends that I call on the warranty, and that's where the nightmare begins…

According to the seller, the repair would take 18 working days, I tried to negotiate for a faster repair process, because I had several of the customer's projects in progress and under deadline. Not only the repair was not done in 18-19-20-21-22 days but even later, I had a very stressful period trying to calm my clientele without having any entry of money., I had to borrow a lot of 'money to refund dissatisfied customers, I lost a contract that I have worked hard to have, my reputation has been tainted etc .. despite my multiples reminders to csl-computer no effort has been made from them nothing, I had no decision-making power, several of my reminders were ignored, and remain unanswered to this day.
After an infinite wait, the seller sent the computer back to me with bad delivery information, so I was not delivered, Cause: delivery information incorrect. KNOWING that the day of my purchase, I sent an email with the delivery information from A to Z, so PC got sent back to Germany, again the seller made no effort to rectify the error when he had the possibility. So the computer was stuck on the border between France and Germany, for more of a week. Once they received it, no news … So made a contact, they told me that the pc must be TESTED before being sent back to me, so I wait…, After a second delivery I received the PC which does not work ...

"Is that a joke", I brought back the pc to the local store, and …, same problem as the first time, BUT much worse cpu fan unplug, not a single drop of thermal paste, several pins of the processor severely twisted, cpu socket damaged, the repair cost me very expensive, and I still have heat problems, I ask CSL COMPUTER for compensation “WITH PROOF” for this messy work and this mockery, by sending me a new motherboard + cpu, or by reimbursing me for a part of my purchase, THEY REFUSED, and asked me to send them the computer (although I have a ton of work for the few remaining customers) but I explain to them again for the 100th time that I work with and I just payed one more bill AGAIN to repair their work poorly done. Here’s their response i received:

”we will end the communication.

Either you send us the damaged PC to repair the damage or if the team leader approves it -
we will pay you back the purchase price.

that's all we can offer you.”

”This is a condensed experience the whole story is even worse”, I tried to make some economies buying from CSL-COMPUTER, And I lost a lot, throughout this nightmare i was powerless face to their dictatorial policy , never again would i buy a pre-assembled pc, you have tarnished my general experience about it.

Delivery within the week, I called them for a small question, the guy was able to answer me in English and was very nice.

I got what I ordered in a relatively quick time, which, considering the awful period, was quite impressive. However, the way the staff cut corners to save a couple of minutes by butchering the GPU power cable and fixing it in such a way that it would constantly choke the card and black screen my computer, is simply UNACCEPTABLE. DO BETTER.

ordered top of the range pc with rtx 3090 strix, amd 5900x
value 4600 euros.
ordered 04/26/2021, delivered 11/05/2021.
missing power cable.
the pc cannot be started.
missing video card bracket support (VGA Sag Holder).
looking at the pc you can see that the bracket I ordered during the online assembly configuration is not compatible with the case I have chosen.
the answer was: (We assume that you know what you ordered and have no problems with assembly).
this is an error of the site configurator, in my opinion.
they did not propose the refund of the component.
or replacement with a compatible one.
they send me power cable and VGA Sag Holder separately.
the VGA Sag Holder they send it to me, although I have pointed out that it is not compatible.
it's been three days, the power cord hasn't shipped yet. the operator I contacted said it takes 2-3 business days. was unable to give me tracking. the shipment is still being processed. .

in response:it is not possible to use another cable for the be quiet! Dark Power 12 1000W titanium.

they sent me two power cords in two different shipments.
these days i tried the computer.
the pc is perfectly assembled.
I think that it could not be done better.
the temperatures of the processor and video card do not exceed 60 degrees during gaming sessions.
for the moment I am very satisfied with having bought this pc.

PC received quickly, (1, or 2 weeks max), mounted, with a very NICE cable management. All perfect. Just some plastic pieces had some manufacturing defect making it difficult to use, (the plastic rails for 3.5 inches HDD) but I assume these were pieces sealed in a tinted plastic bag and CSL didn't see it. Overall very good experience and I'm really glad of it.

Save yourself the hassle of shopping at csl-computer.com I wrote with their facebook chat about a cpu bundle. A bundle consists of a motherboard / cpu / cpu cooler. I wanted to upgrade the bundle with other components including the Ryzen 9 5950X. they told me that they only sell ready-made machines with 5950X due to high demand, but if I could put it in the basket and pay it would also be delivered. I made an order via a bundle, I added a lot of extra things to it, however, it was not things that were required by the system for me to order my bundle, but things I politely chose to order from them. Everything was in stock and I paid and asked him on the chat if the order was in order and he said yes to that. and the next day I received an order confirmation. I could read that single parts would be delivered to the carrier within 48 hours of receiving payment. The 48 hours had passed today and I and I wrote to them if they would ship my ordered items today as promised. Which they could not as the cabinet I had ordered from them was not in stock, but I could then send them an email to hear about alternatives, at the same time I was told to be patient as they have 3-5 working days to assemble my machine and they had not gone yet. I replied that I had not ordered a pre-assembled machine but just a bundle in which I have added some extra things. I asked him to delete the cabinet I had ordered from the order and send the rest, but it could not be done, either I had to wait for them to receive the cabinet or delete the entire order. I asked him how they would have assembled the machine if I had not ordered a cabinet with bundle, he chose not to answer. I told him I was disappointed with the situation and I thought he should contact his superior. but he would not either, as he thought the boss would just give the same answer. I asked him to delete my order. And then I find another place to spend the almost 2000 EURO. I give csl-computer.com 1 Star out of 5 due to this course. Save yourself the hassle and put the money in a more serious place.

I ordered a PC worth 1400 euros, I had a couple of issues with it I had to return it twice due to unknown circumstances, but I have to say the customer service is quite good and very reactive to your problems.

It was my first purchase on their website. They are reactive on the communication (e-mail). There was a little delay but they explained clearly why. I ordered a computer tower for my dad :
Ryzen 5 3600
B450m motherboard
16gb ram
SSd 240gb + Hdd 1Tb

The delivery was fine. I appreciated that they used a way bigger cardboard box with airbags to avoid any collision. I paid via Paypal and there was no problem.

Everything works fast without any problems.

Last month I bought Upgradeable PC (AMD Ryzen 2400G) from CSL-Computers. The PC was delivered quickly in just 2 days, and was exactly as described on CSL website. Also the additional free accessories e.g. SATA cables and Software CDs were very helpful. Thanks!

well, it is impossible to give lower rating, BEWARE of this company, they try to make you to pay for the goods you have never received (or received few weeks after paying instead of promised 3 days of delivery when you lost the hope to ever see anything), They sent the invoice for paying for the good when they didnt deliver it, they lie they sent replacement straight away, when in fact again one week passes.

All of that would not be the worst, but they tried to intimidate me into paying via its aggressive customer service representative, who wouldnt last a day in any decent company. Germany is famous for being a "customer service black hole", and CLS Computer and its rude employees are not helping to change it. JUST BEWARE, AMAZON.DE AFTER READING THEIR EMAILS TO ME TOLD THEM TO STOP CONTACTING ME IMMEDIATELY. DIDNT HELP UNFORTUNATELY. no more businesses with quasi companies like that, why? - they are hundreds of better companies who value honesty and its customers.
