Purchased the Crytec cry-500 wood chipper to be delivered on site, delivery was very prompt and assembled, had the machine nearly 2 years now never let me down very minimal mantence required and easily and handled 5 inches of material would recommend these machines for tradesman working on a budget great machine for the price

Ordered a small petrol chipper. It has been fantastic and dealt with everything I have thrown at it.
There was a small issue when assembled that was resolved immediately following a quick call to the team. Excellent service and support!

Very quick delivery. Brilliant product made the job much easier and safer to do even my elderly neighbour has borrowed it (He likes it so much l can't get it back from him ).

I purchased an 800kg tracked dumper. We are using it for self build renovation of a 18th century Essex barn.
I had a problem when a track came off because of compacted frozen mud. Easily put back on.
On about a 100hrs and It has been excellent and has moved tons of of aggregate and soil. So very pleased with it.
Would like to purchase the skid steer next

I bought a Crytec CRC200X 60mm Capacity Compact Lightweight Wood Chipper after trying a few electric powered chippers which only lasted up to a year. The first one I received worked very well on the first day, then failed. The replacement was sent out very quickly after and the faulty one was taken away at the same time. The replacement has been working for over a year now and 9 time out of 10 it starts on the first try. It does a really good job of disposing of my garden waste. What used to take me all day now only take a couple of hours. Highly recommend the company.

Great company, my rotavator is really good ,powerful and makes easy work of your garden. I have used it quite a lot. I did one of my neighbours large garden, it now looks great and ready for planting.

I’ve had this now for a few weeks but used for the first time today. Engine easy to start and shredder copes easily with branches up to 2 inches,the wood was green and presented no problems at all. The engine does not struggle at all. Really great machine with no blockages.

Having misplaced the key to my Crytec Terminator wood chipper, Nathan was kind enough to source me a new one and now I'm back up and running again. Excellent customer service for a product that I originally bought ion 2022. The chipper itself is an excellent piece of kit and running as well as it did when I first purchased it.

Ordered a roll cab tool box in black, but arrived in stainless.Sales team didn't answer email for weeks then when I they did reply they said aid they would no replace with correct one. Shame because toolbox is good quality to be fair and was a great price

I bought a Crytec terminator 120mm towable 15hp chipper. The buying experience was easy and seamless, delivered to my door promptly and efficiently. They are a great company to deal with and would hesitate buying from them again.

I had been looking for a mini digger that was well priced and supported by a British company,
I came across Crytec on Google and you tube.
I watched the videos of this machine being put through it's paces and it seemed to fit the bill for the jobs I will be carrying out, I spoke to Crytec with a couple of questions and had very positive feedback.
Knowing that I would get supporte gave me the confidence to purchase the mini digger they dealt with my order and I received the machine promptly with no major issue. I will now be purchasing a track dumper from Crytec in the very near future.

I purchased a suitcase generator from crytec.
Not only was it powerful for using my breaker, stone saw and lights but it was much quieter than other generators I’ve had.
Customer service is great, the price point is even better.

Very fast delivery of the shredder and accessories with strong lashing straps on a reinforced pallet. I am very pleased with the shredder's capacity.

fantastic service from start to finish

I purchased an new jet chipper in May 2022 - loved the machine -broke in Oct 25 just 16months after warranty and machine is now obsolete. Support has sent a few parts that should have fitted the machine but did not - Machine now classed as scrap - as we cannot fix - crytec were helpful initially and the machine was excellent - would have purchased again if they had given a discount on a new machine -they did 10% not really a sizeable discount would have expected the original machine to last 3-5 years - it has not. Disappointed final service was not better. Machine was excellent when it worked
