Hi! Am I pleased with the product? Yes! Am I sympathetic about running a business during covid 19? Yes! of course not your fault. The thing that got me was the lack of communication. A courtesy e-mail, text whatsapp or phone call would have gone a long way, during a two month wait for the product to arrive. This is the only reason I have given you an average score.

Product was amazing 👏 good price and fast delivery service.
Would highly recommend Crystal 🔮 face to anyone.

I received my item today there was a slight delay cause by covid 19. I had an email apologising about my delay which I appreciate and understand completely. My item was definitely worth the wait. I'm really happy thank you. The quality exceeded my expectations as I thought my picture wasn't good enough quality due to being 35yrs old, but I'm amazed how its turned out.

Waited several months for my order, not due to covid-19 but due to Hermes messing around. Not the fault of Crystal Face at all. Order finally arrived today.

U’ve asked for review I’ve not received item yet. I wouldn’t recommend u it’s been 6-7 weeks and I understand with covid 19 being here that there would b a slight delay but ur correspondence Is really poor no info on anything.

Did not get my order !! Gave me no refund and kept my money !! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Do not send any money to them.

No communication. And I ordered item nearly a month ago and still don’t have anything , tried to call but no luck , the automative email system is not useful at all .. very bad experience, it was a birthday gift and I still don’t have it 2 weeks later and I ordered it 2 weeks before the birthday to be on the safe side .. so a month and still nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Total scammers placed my Father’s Day order on 13th May, I’ve tried emailing and calling them and heard nothing back!

I placed an order on 14th May for my daughter's anniversary. My order included the date of their wedding, 4th June. Emailed on Saturday and got a generic reply, tried to ring this morning, phone is switched off. It's too late now for me to order something else and, as I'm shielding, I can't get out to buy something else.
I could cry!

Finally received my order (plus one) on 12th June after opening a case in PayPal on 6th June. Lots of explanations from Tom as to why I'd been getting no reply to emails and couldn't get through on the phone but I'm very pleased with the final product and so is my daughter. The second one I notice has a mistake on it so it was obviously done again.

I hope now that your communication 'issues' are resolved that you can continue and maybe just up your game a little.

Placed order on 18th Feb 2020 and despite repeated calls and emails have not received any communication from this company and have not received the products offered. Feel letdown and ripped-off. Now having to go through card company in an attempt to get my money back. This company are scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Website says 7-10 days delivery didn't hear a thing for two weeks sent two emails one phone call still no contact then got a phone call from tom explaining virus problems and email problems he said emails were sent out but a lot were not delivered ,got my order after three weeks very pleased with it .
I gave four stars because of the phone call which put my mind at rest.
It's just a pity i was not formed earlier but excepted the explanation

Given the circumstances of covid 19, the communication was lacking. Didn't hear back after placing an order 3 weeks prior. Other than that the finished product was amazing. Its a true work of art. Well done.

Very happy with our crystal of our dog who passed away recently. Couldn’t fault any part of the process . It took longer than expected but the quality was worth it.

Received my order 6 days after placing my order and I truly couldnt be happier, the piece is stunning! I placed the order very late at night, received a confirmation email first thing in the morning and then Tom called me a few days later to say it had been dispatched. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of being kept up to date and the crystal is truly beautiful. Would recommend to anyone, I can only think the bad reviews are due to scammers using a similar name as my experience was 100% positive, it was above and beyond what I expected or what most companies provide.
