Extremely Disappointing and Fraudulent Practices – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the worst experience with Crystal CM. After filing a claim with them, not only did they fail to pay out what was owed to me, but they also went ahead and charged me additional fees without my consent. This is nothing short of a scam! Their customer service is absolutely dreadful, and they’ve shown no accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. They have taken my money and refused to provide the service I paid for, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. I strongly advise anyone considering working with Crystal CM to steer clear. They are untrustworthy, deceptive, and do not follow through on their commitments. Please take your business elsewhere and avoid getting scammed like I did!

Be aware guys they’re big frauds. Never ever trust em they’re big scammers specially their boss İrfan. Hope it help you guys to make your decision wisely.

FROUD COMPANY. It's a scam company. Instead of helping you they will bite you. They do froud including their Boss Irfan. Never Ever go with this company.

Was told I will be getting paid out November 2024. Still up until now I have not received anything. All I keep getting is promised call backs which never take place. I have to keep calling and chasing. Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent customer Service by excellent and professional team

The worst minicab hire company with worst car and service.Do not use them they not return your deposit never.They will tell you when you going to return the car you don’t give as notice 14 days before you return and this 14 days notice is not mentioned in the contract so you 100%will lose your deposit given

After a terrible accident I contacted this company and a lovely young lady dealt with my claim. She was very reassuring and sympathetic and explained all my options. If you have an accident I would definitely recommend you come to this company
