It did not work in my case
It did not work in my case. I lost my crypto order because it was sent “using the wrong network.” They provided instructions and a QR code that I was required to scan with my iPhone, which triggered an incorrect transaction. My understanding is that the instructions were misleading or that there is a bug in their software. Needless to say, they blamed everything on me, never apologized, and eventually stopped responding to my emails.
