Prompt response to difficulties that I was having with a product and technical services added support immediately. After troubleshooting didn’t resolve the problem, I was told that an immediate replacement was forthcoming

I was a regular Crutchfield customer for many years back in the 80's and 90's. Then, Crutchfield was no longer competitive with the box stores. I also thought Crutchfield had gone out of business. When looking for a simple Sony CD player, I was pleased to find the Crutchfield site and had a CD player lower priced than the box stores. I ordered it and have it hooked up to my vintage Sony stereo system. It works just fine. Thank you (again) Crutchfield.

I still haven’t received my order. We are two days late so far. I trusted the shipping timeline to plan my activities. For others, don’t rely on the advertised shipping/receiving schedule.

The fitment guide online was right on. I love that they tell you exactly what you’ll need and either include it or sell it for a very small charge. I installed my own radio and I thought I was doomed to pay a shop over $100 but the readyharness they sell was truly plug and play. Amazing! Shipment and delivery was very fast.

They had the turntable I wantef in stock when mist others didn't. Very professional and courteous on the phone.

I paid upfront for a tech to come out and fix my Connect 4. Nobody called to or showed up.

Shopping the site was easy enough especially that they offer plenty of options and the help you need in order to get the job done. I took advantage of their ready harness which I think is worth especially if all you want to do is swap out your old gear for a new one. My only issue is they didn’t take in to full consideration of what some thing might go wrong depending on the vehicle. My car is a MK4 vw golf and the factory wires have a K line that doesn’t jive with aftermarket harnesses. If not plugged in to the factory radio it sends a signal to the ecu and activates the immobilizer. It was a simple fix with a call from my mechanic but something like that should have been thought of when building the harness. Other than that I’m pretty satisfied with what I got. I’m looking forward to doing more upgrades I’m confident I’ll find them all here.

The picture on the internet shows everything needed but the fine print says it doesn't include the tuner. I didn't catch this so after it arrived I had to spend $80 more for the tuner.

Number 1, The Sub arrived on time, 2 business days, Number 2, The packaging... The Sub was in 3 boxes, so there were no worries with it being damaged. Number 3, Easy set up! If your using this Sub with a AV in a medium to large room, you probably picked the right one!
