I booked with company and after reading some bad reviews I asked for a copy of their drivers insurance. They refused to supply a copy sending only Public Liability insurance which does not cover drivers. I checked with planning dept and the location of their parking land at St Denys does not have planning consent. I asked for a refund but was refused.
