I purchased a renewed iMac computer from CRS-UK on Amazon UK. It was supposedly in "excellent condition" per the product listing with no visible damage up to 30cm. This was untrue as there were scratches visible from across the room. Added to this, a completely different iMac to the product listed on Amazon had been dispatched. It was of significantly lesser specifications in terms of the CPU, graphic card and cache. The keyboard, mouse and power cable were non-Apple, and there were compatibility issues with the mouse and keyboard when attempting to set up the device. It took hours upon hours to get the USB Bluetooth interface to interact with the Windows keyboard. It was a NIGHTMARE!!!

CRS-UK have been unhelpful and evasive even though this is their fault that I have been shipped the wrong item, either intentionally or accidentally. They have stated the MAY refund upon the item being returned and after two teams'decision!!!

It should be noted that images have been supplied to them to confirm all of this, and they have misrepresented the item listed for sale.

Delivery times quoted are inordinately long, so the purchaser is elated when their goods arrive sooner; and presumably put off returning items given these timescales.

It does not seem ethical or indeed legal for them to send out the wrong item and then hold a purchaser to ransom to get their full refund. However, I am seeing other purchasers both in here, Google Reviews and on Amazon who are reporting this same scenario as happening to them. It would seem time for Trading Standards to step in and take action.

BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!!

Poor product, Mac purchased on May 24th this year and after that even some of the keys started to malfunction and peel off, also the paint on the lower left and right corners is peeling off.

Bought a MacBook Pro, came with a non working trackpad and a mediocre battery, shipping very long don't be scammed .

The service was exceptionally quick, the refurbished produc in excellent condition and it has worked as if new from the day we received.

Got a dell laptop (E5470) - in excellent condition, a few days earlier than expected.

For years my wife, who is 70, has struggled with Microsoft. I bought her a refurbished chromebook from Amazon as a Christmas present and it has transformed her laptop experience. There is no doubt the unit is good value - it's light, portable, has excellent battery life and does not have clunky Windows 10 running in the background. She uses it for photographs and streaming films and tv and it is hardly ever out of her grasp!

Battery is very adequate, but obviously not to the levels of brand new - but this is to be expected

The machine is from Australia, so has a slighlty different keyboard set up in terms of a few characters - no real issue

The reconditioned MacBook Air arrived for my daughter in perfect timing today...no transport costs or customs fees to pay. The computer works perfectly and is excellent condition. Can't fault this company so far and would certainly buy from them again. Thank you!

Bought a refurbed 2017 Apple MacBook and must say that I am very happy with my purchase. The product looks brand new, works brilliantly and all came with a reasonable price.

Very pleased with my refurbished Dell E7470 laptop. The word refurbished seems short on description as it looks and performs as a brand-new model. Downside? Having owned and used it for three weeks, nothing negative is apparent.

My MacBook Air arrived promptly, in good condition and securely packaged. I’m looking forward to using the laptop.

Why didn't I do this earlier, refurbished definitely a good choice especially now with the 18 month guarantee, the laptop was in near pristine condition with only a slight buckling of one on the feet, only tricky thing was resetting and learning how to switch the keyboard, supplied unit had English US, where as my Bluetooth Keyboard is English, great connectivity with wi-fi multiple Bluetooth.

I got the laptop in June and I have been using it for 3 months now. It a good laptop and have not faced any issues till now.
There were 1-2 dent on the laptop otherwise it's in good working condition and hope it will stay with me for a long time.
