A+ Great service, brilliant customer service
My boiler had stopped working, I had no hot water and no heating. I called up the landlord they got a company out who then proceeded to book an appointment with ideal. The engineer from Ideal called me before the appointment time to notify me roughly what time he would be on site and when he got to my house he was very friendly, professional and helpful taking time to explain everything including what the issue was how to solve it and what to do in the future. Excellent service from both the people who were on the phone who called me as well as the engineer A+
