I ordered a Nova Titan 3.6 x 3.6 Pergola from Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. From the initial ordering process through to installation the service was first class and excellent. Tommy and Kim were the contacts and we were kept fully updated at all times. I had to delay the delivery because we were having a new base with slabs laid and the contractor was unable to do the work until April. This was no problem to Crownhill. We had arranged for Crownhill to build the Pergola. Gregor and Lukaz contacted us early on the morning of the installation and were there at the arranged time. Gregor and Lucaz worked really hard in very heavy rain and did an excellent job. Both boys respected our property and were so very friendly and helpful. The Pergola was built in no time at all and is an asset to our garden. I cannot praise Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. and Gregor and Lukaz highly enough for the excellent work that was carried out. I would highly recommend the Company to anyone who is looking to purchase a Pergola or garden furniture. Ordered a 3x3 Titan Pergola from CrownHill.
From initial ordering through to delivery and instal the service was excellent .
Kim helped by sending a short clip so I could better understand how the drainage system worked.
The installation team Gregor and Costs were first class would highly recommend them .
I so pleased with the quality of this product it looks great in my garden .

From the initial contact, with Kim, to the Pergola being built in our garden the whole experience has been amazing! Kim is very helpful with the order ensuring you get exactly what you need. It was delivered in less than 2 weeks, with 24 hours notice plus a 30 minute warning call on the day. Gregor and Lukasz are absolutely outstanding and I can't praise them enough. The efficient way they work, needs to be seen to be believed - true team work and fantastic to watch. The construction process took 3 hours, with interaction with us as required about positioning etc - the finished product is excellent. They explained the best way to operate each element. When they had finished, other than the Pergola, it was like they hadn't been there, the garden was immaculate - all rubbish taken away. Can't rate this company and the guys highly enough - and still cheaper than their competitors!

Our lovely pergola was installed just over a week ago by Crownhill's installers, Gregor and Costa. Brilliant guys. Very professional, diligent and they took great care to get everything spot on. We were asked about some preferences, ie proximity to the house wall, etc. All done brilliantly. Thanks too to the team - Kim and her son (Luke?? - apologies). All great quality.

Crownhill garden furniture were very easy to order through. Very responsive to emails and phone calls.

The pergola is off fantastic quality and very reasonably priced.
I can highly recommend getting it installed and bolted by the team, I had to wait a week or so longer for this but well worth the wait.
Radek and Max were so friendly, professional and tidy. Would 100% recommend them, great guys.

We purchased an 8 x 3 aluminium Nova pergola which was being installed in a restricted space. The installation team of Gregor and Lukasz were excellent and made adjustments to ensure that the pergola was level to the correct degree. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was before the left. Thank you Gregor and Lukasz, much appreciated!

We are very pleased with our pergola. It is well built and good quality. We were so happy that we went with the delivery and assembly service. Gregor and Antonio were great, professional and so knowledgeable. They were very thorough in their assembly process. And so nice for the pergola to be put up and rubbish taken away immediately, allowing us to enjoy the garden straight away.

We recently purchased a Nova Titan 4x3 Pergola from Crownhill. Really good quality product, looks great. I was going to install it myself, but chose the offered installation which was very good value.
Gregor & Costa did a great job installing the equipment on an unexpectedly hot day.

Would definitely recommend this company Kim was so helpful and really knowlegable, we ordered our pergola expecting it to come within 10 days, kim rang and said she had a cancellation and would we like it sooner, and of course we said yes it was here within 24 hours Radek and max who delivered our pergola and assembled it for us were brilliant lovely guys and very thorough and clean, really friendly. Hi all, I have been searching the web for a while now looking for a Pergola to sit on top of my newly installed composite decking. After numerous research I eventually opted to go with Crownhill Garden Furniture.
Once I got chatting to Kim she immediately put my mind at rest and offered the type of introduction you want she was part of a family run business who had been supplying pergolas up and down the country(complete with very competitive instillation costs. I opted for the Nova Titan 5.3 x 3.6 plus 4 side screens. It was recently delivered an assembled by the Crownhill two man team whom worked like Trojan’s and within 2 hours had it fitted and I’m a bit finicky about having things right. It’s perfect 10-10 all the way for me.great coms from Lee and the team. Trust me these guys are top draw when it comes to Advice on your base or what type pergola would suit you. Give them a ring you wont be disappointed. .

We recently purchased a Nova Titan pergola from Crownhill and are very happy with the product itself and the service from the company! We had to wait for a little while as they waited for their next delivery to come in, but were kept fully informed all along.

When it was delivered we also opted to pay for installation and this was done by Gregor and Costa (they also fitted the extra screen we purchased). They were super efficient and friendly, done in about an hour and a half.

We bought a Titan pergola from Crownhill. They offer offered to hold it until we were ready for it to be fitted, and provided help and advice as needed. Kim provided excellent service, always responded quickly to messages and was very friendly especially when I had a query on the day of installation. Antonio and Gregor who fitted it also gave us some good advice about the placement of the screening and heater. They were fast and very polite cleaning all packaging away after. We are left with a fabulous pergola which is the finishing touch to our garden.
