They have a loyalty program and with my monthly subscription I get all kinds of amazing freebies… They Wagyu steaks are great, Japanese and American alike!
I recommend it to all my friends and family!
The meat not good
The meat, ribeye and sirloin were chewy and flavor less. Can get better at Costco.
I had guest coming to my house…
I had guest coming to my house Wednesday. The meet was promised to be delivered Wednesday the 9th but I contact them on Wednesday and they say it will be there Thursday. Horrible experience and they did NOT even attempt to make it right!!

Partial order received from Crowd Cow. Out of 2 items ordered I only received 1. Contacted customer support and they did not provide a resolution for a $400+ missing item. Would not use them again.
Great food and good customer service
My experiences have been positive throughout. High quality food, and the one time a packet came late (due to UPS), they replaced the order, no questions asked.

It was hard to even give one star based on our experience and the research I did on the company after receiving such poor service. Delay, delay, delay with product arriving without any ice left in bag and meat thawed. Company supplied replacement order only to have it delayed and arriving with not one, but two empty ice bags. We would not recommend this company, nor would we order again. Read Wiki regarding this business.
Rip off
I ordered 10 ounce Maine Lobster Tail, 2 per package for close to $60. Upon receiving they sent me 2 5 ounce tails for a total of 10 ounces. Total misrepresentation of them on their web site. I contacted them and they basically said too bad. Watch out for this company, they misrepresented their product and lied. They don't stand behind their description of what you are buying. Total rip off. Beware.
Never order from Crowd Cow
Never order from Crowd Cow. They cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises. They will lose your order and then expect you to place the order again, although this time it will cost $100+ more. But wait, it's ok, they will credit you a whopping $50 "which should help cover a significant portion of the additional cost". They do not have phone support customer service and hardly reply to text messages. Don't even think about an email claim because they flat out don't respond to those. Save yourself the headache and just stay away from this scam of a business.
I have been fighting this for 3 days now and have gotten nothing from them. Hopefully by spreading the word on social media it will steer other in a different direction.

I was surprised when I saw these reviews after my first order. I might not have ordered the first time, lol. I have ordered 3 times now with no problems. I love the Game choices a lot. One discount wouldn't go through when ordering online, I emailed customer service and they emailed shortly back with a credit. I had their bacon with breakfast and it was delicious! Give them another try!
Good pork
I gave Crowd Cow a try for Labor Day. Ordered some spare ribs and a tri tip. Shipped fast and on time. Meat was good and flavorful too.

We have ordered CrowdCow for about 6 years. Regular orders every 3-5 weeks. The taste, texture, and quality was amazing. It was a bit more expensive then the grocery story or local butcher but the quality more than outweighed the cost difference. Went to the website this morning to place my next order, and could NOT believe the increase in prices! Now just “a bit more” than the butcher but 2-3 times more. Local Publix has 5-6 lb chicken for about $8. CrowdCow? 3.5 lb chicken $25!! Difference of about $1.33 a pound to $7.14 a lb!!!
We all know prices have gone up and I’m sure feed, butchering, packaging prices have gone up. But, this feels like price gouging. I want to support small, family farms—I grew up on one. But I can no longer pay the price difference, when the it is triple the price.
My order was perfectly processed
I was a little worried after seeing the low ratings on Trustpilot after I placed my order. BUT I have to say that my order was perfect. So much so that I placed a second order (again Japanese A5 Wagyu) and this order was also fine. I have not had a reason to contact customer support which seems to be where much of the negativity is being directed at.
Fathers Day gift package a big disappontment
My daughter purchased a5 Wagyu steak as part of a gift box for me for Father’s Day. I have had Wagyu steak several times. These steaks were the worst I have ever tasted. Unlike typical Wagyu these steaks had large ribbons of thick chunky fat throughout. Wagyu should have fine ribbons of fat that are unseen after cooking and become integral to the meat. I was very disappointed. I will not recommend Crowd Cow based on this experience.
They know their Beef and Pork!
They know their Beef... and Pork too! Some of the best grain finished steaks, wagyu burgers and heritage pork tenderloins that I have found online. I live in a bit of a food desert so it's awesome I can get access to these high quality product whenever I like. No need to subscribe either, appreciate the freedom! Loved how they give you tracking info every step of the way as well.
Our first order and last!
This was our first order and will be our last. We ordered the boneless/skinless chicken breasts; the portion sizes were fine, but much of the meat was shreddy and very unappetizing. We ended up throwing away about a third to a half of each breast we prepared before cooking it. Not recommended.
It's rare when I write a negative review
It's rare when I write a negative review of a company, but Crowd Cow's customer service has become horrible. I have been getting my meat from them for four years. They used to care about customer satisfaction. They used to have small farms connections. Now, they deliver even when orders are cancelled. I was out of the country and they didn't pack my order until the day I cancelled. They said I should call from out of the country to someone to come to my house, pick up the meat and save it for me. Seriously? Why didn't they cancel it when I first emailed them?

Terrible. The portions are incredibly thin. Fatty etc The packages of two chops include chops of different sizes and thicknesses. I had one order and cancelled. This is my first time ordering from a meat/fish delivery service and now questioning if I will even try again. Avoid this vendor
Rotten meat, refused to refund
I received two expensive beef roasts that both turned out to be rotten when defrosted. There were visible holes in the packaging and the support person suggested they were safe to eat since they were "locked tight in a sealed box." So cardboard boxes protect meat against contamination now? The meat was foul smelling and discolored at the surface and in the middle and slimy. I was told it was safe to eat and they can add another one to my next order!
The WORST customer service!
The WORST customer service!! They don't have an actual number to call and just want you to text or email. I did not subscribe to a monthly service, but somehow, they thought I did. I have tried for 2 months to stop it, and no response. So, I stopped payment and blocked them on my bank account.
Horrible customer service ~ meat was starting to thaw
Ordered $150 worth of meat to get the free shipping. Order arrived timely, however there wasn't any dry ice left in the box. Meat had stated to thaw, even though outside temps were in the low 20 degrees. I immediately took photos and sent an email to them. After 4-days, I had not heard from customers service. I submitted a second message from their website. Finally received a response a day later. They asked for more information, so I responded to customer services email that was sent to me. No response. Sent second email and still no response a week later. Terrible customer service, will never order from them again.
