In the configuration you have to specify your gun model. The SIG P320 Compact 9mm requires a different entry than the P320 Full Size 9mm.
Doesn't make any difference since they ship the very same holster. When unboxing you have a 50/50 chance of getting a good one.
One holster works pretty well with both guns. Smooth unholstering and reholstering with just the right amount of retention.
The other one is far too tight for both guns. Trying to break the holster in is almost impossible, since there is no room for the takedown lever to pass the leather. If you are forcing the guns in, the holster leaves scratch marks at the right edge of the slide after only a few attempts.
SLOOOOOW turn around, especially on returns.

Sat in their shipping department for two weeks only for them to tell me itd be another 4 weeks to make one and send it out. The quality is not great either, thin kydex, and only the front facing portion of the firearm is molded to the weapon and they use a flat piece of leather on the rear, not molded to the weapon. Did not have the definitive click youd expect when pushing your firearm down into a holster. Buy somewhere else.

Order didn't ship for 3 weeks, there was and still is ZERO notification that this timeframe existed. The only way I found out was by emailing the company and a week later they said (directly from their email) "Our current lead times right now are about 3-4 weeks..." they then go on to say "If you would like you can give us a call at customer service and pay to have it expedited. It would be $25 additional. I just wanted to make sure you had the option.". This was on top of already buying my holster, paying the upgrade, and for $9 shipping (shipped out in USPS Ground Advantage just for reference - the cheapest/slowest available service). I am now going on the 4th week with no product in hand and having no notification this would be delayed AT ALL. I do however have tracking and the order is out of CrossBreed's hands (thank God).
The audacity of these people... I already paid $70 for the product and to have it have a special combat cut, now I need an additional $25 to have my order ship out in a reasonable amount of time? I did mention in my email that I NEED the holster for a trip so maybe that's why it was presented but still... Come on guys, do better.

At least someone finally wrote back. I give 2 stars for that. DON'T buy the bellyband. It is too soft so your gun will flop around; the holster is cheesy; your magazine will fall out of the pouch; they will charge you crazy shipping and won't refund that if you need to return...plus you have to return it on your dime.

It's unbelievable when a company has people answering their phones that are either uninformed of misinformed. I'm in the market for a holster and saw what I thought would fit until I asked the girl on the phone "how thick the leather material is where is straps to a belt".
She said "it depends on the animal". LMAO
Some of her other answers were equally as bad.
NOT an educated reply and I knew throwing any further questions at her would be a waste of time.

This will be the Very last time I order from crossbreed holsters. Its been two weeks and my order is still "possessing". Its a kydex holster not a hand sewn leather holster !! Im out.

Customer service has gotten worse. Same as other reviews, sent a holster back that wouldn’t fit the gun and received its replacement which still doesn’t work. Now waiting days for them to call back to fix the issue. Customer service said they’re busy filling orders to arrive by Christmas, so apparently that takes priority over items already purchased. I originally ordered a month ago, so if you’re wanting something quick, may want to check a different manufacturer.

Quality control issues
I have been a Crossbreed customer for many years, but two recent orders have given me pause. Two holsters, on two separate occasions, did not fit the specified firearms. To their credit, Crossbreed did remake one of them, but the other is being returned. The customer should not have to swallow the shipping charges for their mistake. There appears to be a QC (quality control) issue at the present time, 8/20/22.

I had a Bellyband from CrossBreed for a couple of years and the elastic started to fray, which might have happened due to wearing the band wrong, so I purchased another one.
Then just over a year my new Bellyband Velcro started to wear out pretty bad to the point where it would no longer hold without the band wanting to fall off.
Not knowing if this was even covered, I basically explained what happened and asked if they changed Velcro vendors due to the wearing...and although I had the band on wrong, it did not affect the wear of the Velcro. I was told by one person the Velcro was not covered, which I didn't think it was. I just wanted to let them know in case they changed Velcro vendors.
So I purchased some new Velcro pieces from them thinking these might still be the previous vendor, since it was just the Velcro and not the entire Bellyband, plus I needed another holster for my new hand gun purchase.
Then I got an email from someone else ( I contacted them via email and live chat, so two different people) and was asked to send pictures, which I did showing both the old and the new.
A day later I was told they will send a new Bellyband with my current order under warranty and there would be no charge for it!
This is the kind of company you like to do business with because they will stand by their product. It all comes down to a case by case basis, but if they see something is not right, they will make it right.
This CrossBreed BellyBand is the most comfortable holster I have, and the only one I wear. I have other holsters from other companies, but they all just fill my storage tote now and collect dust...they are too uncomfortable.
The CrossBreed Bellyband fits and feels so comfortable that many times I will come home and continue to wear it, at times I've even fell a sleep with it on while watching TV, it's that comfortable. It also gives great concealment and you can do more with the Bellyband than with other IWB holsters. Doesn't poke my hip bone while driving, does not interfere with my seat-belt and bending over to tie my shoe lace is no problem...yes my shoes have laces.
This may seem like a long review, but I need to give credit were credit is due....there's not enough of these for companies out there that tries to do the right thing for their customers despite the high cost of materials and supply demands our country is under.
You owe it to yourself to check out CrossBreed and their products, as you can see by my review, I especially like their BellyBand.

I purchased the liberty band
I purchased the liberty band, following size guiding and it was way too large. Contacting customer support and I was let down with an automated message and then a second was a message “stating in our return policy” that they don’t pay for return shipping. Well I paid for it to be shipped and returned and they’re trying to return it for less than paid.

By far the most comfortable holster I have ever worn. I wear it 95% of the time and a lot of the time I forget that I even have it on. I have not mastered being able to tuck it without showing a print but untucked is invisible. It could be my larger build that's the problem. I plan on purchasing another one for another gun I just purchased.
