Please do not order from this company - they are clearly scam artists taking money from customers but never providing the goods which have been paid for or providing any form of customer support where you can speak to a human being or get an email response.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
I ordered a product and was given a delivery date of September 8th. On September 9th with absolutely no contact. To date, still no contact. When I finally found a telephone number, it rings and then cuts off. Email is just a generic chat bot. So unable to contact, I have no choice but to do a chargeback to get my money back. Please do not buy from this company. All of the products are available elsewhere. I think this is just a drop ship company, probably working from their bedroom.

Unfortunately, buried in the fine print was the "direct from supplier" comment which meant all bets were off and it arrived at the same time as everyone else would have done.
Croft use Shop as their shipment tracker. Lots of experience with them I'll say no more than they still show it as "being prepared for shipment"
Product itself (replacement gazebo top) isn't great. The waterproof membrane is let down a bit by the odd threadbare section of fabric which leaves pinholes everywhere as well as not covering the needle holes made in manufacture.
In short. you get what you pay for. I suspect I'll be buying another next summer Will probably spend a bit more from a retailer I know. VidaXL the item brand.

Terrible quality of products, flimsy thin metal, missing parts, no instructions, cost me money to repair the gazebo, where all the finished welds were broken and the frame was bent over like a piece of plastic, had massive holes in the canopy as well and bad stitching on the cover. I provided evidence and proof of all this including pictures showing the product was not fit for purpose and also showing a receipt of the money I spent repairing it, and they didn't even offer me any sort of compensation even after emailing their customer support, steer well clear of this brand, they take your money and don't help or offer replacement parts. Not a good company. (Response to the reply) It was broken it needed to be fixed I am not going to spend two hours taking it down Cherry Lane the manager told me the chances of a refund were slim, why would I take it down then have to put it up again, I decided to repair it instead, you still sold me an inferior product there's no getting out of that whatever excuses you use, you should be giving me a replacement anyway regardless.

This was my first time shopping with Croft Home and i have to say it was excellent, very good communication from start to finish,arrived in good time and i was able to track delivery, We unpacked the Swing chair and everything was ok with no issues, we joined the VIP club where you earn points to put against future purchases when you have enough (every little helps) We will definitely use Croft Home in the future and highly recommend them.😁Andy

V poor service and communication (or lack of). I ordered an item and was given no tracking information or estimated delivery time. 1 week later, I tried to contact the company via email, livechat and phone, unsuccessfully. No one answered the phone after me being directed immediately to hold music for 15 minutes on 3 different occasions. Then received an automated email to say that my order had been cancelled. Communication to customers needs improving drastically.

We've had terrible service from Croft Home & Garden, which they are refusing to deal with in any way.
We ordered two chairs for £105 on 2 June (order 3577), and were told they were despatched to the courier on 4 June. When nothing turned up by late last week, we contacted the courier (Yodel), who said the chairs had arrived with them badly damaged – and had been sent back to Croft Home & Garden on 10 June.
This means Croft knew two weeks ago that our chairs hadn't been delivered – but have still kept our money without providing the goods. We've sent them three emails via their website and also sat on their helpline for nearly an hour without the call being answered.
We want our money back now, but they seem to be trying to keep it without supplying the goods.

Ordered a sauna timer. It took a while to arrive. When it did (via Yodel). The glass was broken. There was a flimsy bit of polysterene to protect the glass, no bubblewrap. Emailed on 3 June no response with evidence. Chased on 6 June. Awaiting response.
A replacement was delivered, and arrived on 16 June after Croft got in touch upon my posting here. Should note the packaging was the same, but it wasn't broken this time.

I bought 2 Croft Merrion 3M x 3M last September. I did not put them up to check as it was Autum by then and waited unitl Spring Summer 2025. On attempting to assemble the metal sides on each of the 4 sides they are not in one piece but are 2 pieces and made of cheap nasty weak flimsy metal. All other Gazebos I have had these sides were in one piece making them stronger and more robust. On of these sides when bolted together it broke as metal so weak. Thius product is qa piece of junk and suck poor quality. I contacted Croft who did not want to know as outside the 30 day from purchase period. Avoid this product and anything these people make like the plague
