I had a mix-up with my delivery, but the Crocus team responded really quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. It’s reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, they’re on it straight away. Really happy with the service — will definitely be ordering again.

Nice plant, when it eventually arrived. Delivery service was a bit iffy. Didn’t come when it said it would.

Healthy plants
The plants were healthy on receipt and are thriving. Delivery was as scheduled and the order process was easy.
The only issue was with the courier treatment of my order, it was far from acceptable. I informed Crocus of the issue and they appreciated the update.
I have every intention of ordering from Crocus in the future.
