Ridiculous after purchase service

After contacting their customer service, I was told I could personally sent back 3 pairs of crocs totalling $108. Upon dropping off the parcel at their security house per advised by the security guard, I immediately email the customer service rep who had confirmed that I could do the return to warehouse address personally, to seek confirmation that crocs team has received the parcel. Based on their rep's advice, I waited another 20 business days for refund to show up on my card but it has passed and nothing is showing. I then became ghosted with absolutely no response to my recent emails over the past 10 days. Their online front feels like a shell company!

Ordered a month ago and says it has…

Ordered a month ago and says it has shipped but it has not yet been delivered. The contact options on the website don't work - The live chat is just fully automated, no human. The phone number (when you call it) doesn't get picked up. The Whatsapp number isn't even registered on Whatsapp. I have resorted to emailing them now but I doubt I will receive a response. I am planning on taking legal action to get my money back as this is unacceptable :(

Seven days not shipped | Customer service email inbox full

Ordered some Crocs from crocs dot sg. Seven days later they have not shipped.

I sent emails but many of the emails bounced back because the customer service email inbox is full.

I called twice confirming my address (a 5 star hotel) but they can't do anything. A terrible customer experience. Never again.

Crocs Singapore - FlipFlop

I had purchased flip-flops from Singapore and it got broken. It got broke from different 2 parts. This is the 3rd time that my flip-flops were broken. The crocs Singapore is giving me 20% off on my next purchase for this broken flip-flop. Do you think I will ever buy Crocs !!! I will never ever buy Crocs again. Because the product is expensive and the quality is very cheap second the customer service is too bad. You don't respect customer money. Why you cannot just take my damaged flip flop and replace it ?

Bad service at Vivo City Crocs shop

Yesterday at Vivo City Crocs shop I paid for 6 JIBBITZ and got home to find the assistant only gave me 5 in a small ziplock bag. The small daisy I paid for is missing. This is was a disappointing shopping experience.
Check your merchandise before you leave, or you may be short changed too. They don't pick up the phone either.
