Once we chose our Maltipoo puppy from Crockett Doodles the communication became somewhat chaotic. I found it difficult at the time, to get the correct person to contact and to even get a human on the phone. I found it very difficult and frustrating to get the answers I needed and the correct person to contact. The only reason I didn't give Crockett a perfect rating was because of the lack of communicating from Crockett. I think Crockett might have been understaffed at the time since it was over a holiday weekend. In the end, I usually found the right person and the answers I needed.
Don't get me wrong. We are very happy with Crockett Doodles and our new puppy! I highly recommend Crockett Doodles to anyone looking to purchase a healthy and happy puppy.
Our little Louie went through two weeks of crate and potty training with a wonderful trainer, Mary. At all times we were in contact with our puppy's trainer. When it was time for our puppy to fly home, Sharon, our flight nanny, kept in contact with me at all times regarding the airline, flight #, date and time. The communication from the Flight Nanny service was perfect! Overall, our experience with Crockett Doodles is very good and we are very pleased with our puppy. Thank you Crockett Doodles!!

Adoption went smoothly . They updated pictures a few days before I picked her up . I was so excited to get her . When I picked her up Jennifer was very informative . She answered any question I was going to ask before I needed to ask . I’ve texted with her again to update her on Aubrie . She has slept thru every night quietly with her litter blanket and stuffed dog with a heartbeat . She’s doing great .

When it came time for another dog, there was only one place we wanted to go, that was Crockett Doodles. Our first experience in September of 20202 was so easy it made our second experience even better. Thank your CD! Cadence (Cady) & Chloe are family and it’s all thanks to you!!!

Crockett Doodles does a fantastic job of guiding you throughout the entire puppy adoption journey. They leave no questions unanswered. With patience and expertise, they guide you step by step. Adoption day went seamlessly. We have the perfect new addition to our family! We have had our Marlee Grace for 10 days now and couldn’t be happier!
