Hi Jonathan,
The reason why your order was cancelled was because your order was deemed as fraudulent by our security. We cannot send out a fraudalent order as there are many scams going on at the moment.
We have plenty of stock and even if we don't, we source them in within 1-2 days so its not a problem with fulfilling orders so each of our customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
However I hope you understand you have not used our services so your review is not a true reflection of the quality of our services that we provide.

We can see you have left us a bad review on Trustpilot even though we haven't had the chance to send out your order. We have had to source these in which takes a couple more days and we are ready to send them out tomorrow for next day delivery.
It is really unfair for you to leave us a review without actually receiving the shoes you have paid for and it does really leave us a bad mark.
We will be updating your shipping (tracking) tonight and we do apologise for the delay as it does take some time.
We will ship them out tomorrow morning for next day delivery.
In the meantime can you remove the review for now and you can leave us a review after you have actually received the shoes.

Service from Joey was excellent, he kept me updated via email on the status of my order (as I don't use social Media) and was willing to return if I had ordered the wrong size 6 (39 instead of 40)! Great service, I am sure we'll be back for more at some point in the future.

Jordan 1 Diamond Low Shorts
I placed an order recently with Crepseffect but unfortunately the trainer's were out of stock. They then sourced these for me and although they took a little while to come through, they kept me in the loop all the way and I finally received them in absolutely perfect condition, they even through in a pair of shoe trees free of charge. Their prices are competitive and their communication is professional, friendly, prompt and all in all brilliant. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be going back to them for future purchases.
