I had an issue with a technical product that didn’t seem to work, and the team at Creoven were exceptional from start to finish. Their responses were impressively quick, often within minutes of my emails, and their troubleshooting advice was clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful.

I was communicating with Tobias, who was absolutely great throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to help made everything so much easier.

Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer.

Ordered 2 fans, delivery date kept being extended.
When I contacted them I was informed they were held up in customs. This kept being the reply and they eventually gave me a tracking number and told me I had to sort it out myself as it wasn’t their problem!
I got a refund from Amazon and got the same fans considerably cheaper elsewhere.
Needless to say, I won’t use them again.
Use at your peril!

Had a ceiling fan from Creoven and it’s great quality very quiet and with different speeds. Only negative I’d say is the plastic pull cords which just looks cheap even when you attach the little chains. It’s a shame as what you pay for it and how smart the rest of it looks really lets it down.

After doing an online search for ceiling fans to be delivered to our two houses in Greece, I ordered two of them from creoven. They arrived in Greece within two weeks and they are already installed and look great. I would definitely order from creoven again if the need arises.

Responds fast, correct and service minded.
The item I would like was out stock. But they found one and let me know. That's good.

I bought a desk fan from Creoven (Stadlar Form Charly Small) The fan is lovely, it looks amazing and is well made, like the rest of the Stadler Form products. The company Creoven are absolutely amazing, they kept me notified every step of the way and the fan arrived at my door 3 days after I ordered it (Germany to the UK). I am really delighted with the whole experience. The eBay listing said that I wouldn't be charged any import duties or extra taxes and indeed I wasn't. I will definitely buy from this company again.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND A SCAM ... AVOID!
Ordered a ceiling fan from Ebay UK, they quoted me a reasonable price and added postage and packing.
Then i recieve a letter from Parcel Force demanding i pay £55 import duty. I have never paid import duties on Ebay items, ever. There were no notes, comments or warnings when i bought it saying there would addtional costs, otherwise i would have bought it from someone else! As the import duty pushed it over the cost of one from Amazon!
READ THE REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN I COMPLAINED. Shocking!
"I think you thought you are very smart and purchased a german listing because the UK listing was much more expensive, and now you are disappointed that it did not work.
Of course, you were aware about the topic incoming taxes and of course you are responsible to them if you import goods - and exactly that's what you did.
You purchased an item from abroad, and you knew about.
So be like a man and stop crying. You tried it, it does not work now you are much more clever than before.
By the way, we will not answer any other mails from you - everything was said which have to be said".

NOW WANTS TO CHARGE ME FOR RETURNING THE ITEM!

My experience with Creoven.eu is just like Leanne Morris and Kunde already indicate.
I ordered something on the Creoven.eu site which did not include the part i thought it would. My mistake. The picture on the site suggested to me it was.
I correctly mailed Creoven about this, willing to trade and buy the item i needed, which is way more expensive than the item i ordered.
And like some people said, the costumerservice(all in the name) was not helpful or showed any sympathy towards me at all.
Their first kind of unfriendly reaction was only about my mistaken order and not about the questions i asked.
The second wasn't either but included a link to their site with the right item. Of course i already knew this!!
The third were only 3 words as response without a name..uhh..you don't take costumers seriously?
It seems like these people are maybe too young to understand the problems of clients and deal with them, or solve them in a professional way and mistake these thing with moaning?
Also reactions from Creoven to some review writers on sites i found have these same childish touch.
Good thing for me my loss with Creoven is just a small amount but principle moved me to share this with others in a review.

WOW, I ordered a replace the ceiling fan globe with Creoven, on Monday 14/3/22.It arrived from Germany, on Wednesday 16/3/22.
It fits perfectly,express service, is 2nd to none 100% extremely satisfied.
Would recommend Creoven to anyone,wishing to purchase fan spares.

Delivery was very quick.
Issue with import VAT that was imposed by UK customs after we had already paid in purchase price was resolved by Croven crediting back this.

Delivery was quick, and all as described. I need to replace a lampholder on my Westinghouse ceiling fan and Creovens offer a bespoke replacement light fitting that has 3 small screws and the electrics just clip in - making it an easy job.

We ordered a number of CasaFan brand ceiling fans as a trial before placing a larger order for our property and hotel portfolio. Customer service by phone and email was initially very helpful and informative. The products arrived in a timely fashion, and when we were able to actually unpack them and found some missing parts, Creoven were quick to rectify the issue.

Fast forward just over a year from the original order, and we're finally able to install the fans after significant construction delays. The fans are lovely - very high spec, quiet and well made. However the Westinghouse extension/drop rods that were recommended by Creoven, simply are not compatible to the CasaFan products, and will require all new plugs to be fitted, which in turn isn't a solution as the cables aren't long enough to allow any length reductions from plug change outs!

Creoven's customer service team has been increasingly rude and patronising, citing my "lack of technical knowledge" because "of course the cables fit" and "every other customer has been happy". They have also insisted that I could do the rewiring work myself, despite not being a licenced electrician, which would have interesting implications for our various insurance policies!

Detailed explanations for the plug incompatibility, photo's (showing multi sockets without plug options), and statements from my electrician are not swaying their views, and with zero cooperation to fix the problem, I'm now lodging an EU consumer rights claim - Creoven are taking no accountability for ensuring they've supplied products that meet their promised purpose with an implication that the 2 year consumer protection law doesn't apply to them.

My tip to potential buyers - Creoven have a great range of products, and are lovely to deal with, until you have a problem....so buyer beware.
