Just a perfect experience

Just a perfect experience! We highly recommend Creolepay cars and would always come back to them.
1. Fair pricing
2.great customer support. Jason took care of everything
3. Pick and drop offs were very smooth. pick-up at the airport and return at the ferry terminal
4. the Kia Picanto is the perfectly sized car for two persons on the twisty roads and super easy to drive

And the whatsapp support was very helpful, always fast replies. Jason even gave us some great recommendations for getting to know the island

We booked a car with creolepay in Mahé. Everything worked well!
The WhatsApp support work's quickly and is helpful (we got to the airport a little earlier as planned and of course couldn't find the representative of the company at the moment - it could be cleared very quickly).

Fraud/Fake company

I paid for 4 day car rental on Aug 2, 2019. My trip was between 15th-18th in Mahe island. They sent an email with directions, saying that their representative will be waiting at the airport. We waited for 2 hours and nobody showed up.

NOBODY was there, the taxi rental companies or the taxi drivers NEVER heard of this company.

There is NO PHONE NUMBER on their website and the number we got from google search DOES NOT EXIST.

THIS IS A FRAUD/FAKE COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

It is true that your booking was placed on august 2nd for trip 15th to 18th august. your booking was never confirmed from creolepay as we didn't receive your payment. After notifying you on the payment we had to reject your order as there was no response received . This is the reason our representative was not there at the airport. In regards to your payment please contact your bank authorities as payment was never received on our side.
once booking is confirmed the customer will receive our online whats-app support number and representative contact number along with the order confirmation email. our online whats-app number is available on google business listing for 24/7 support.
we never scam people, we run genuine business in Seychelles serving more than 200 customers every month.

Disaster - please avoid!

MAHE
Arrived at the Airport in Mahe and no-one was there to greet us as promised, which we were not too concerned with given they could have been late. We waited half an hour or before starting to ask around. There is no official office or person at the Airport in case of emergency, while no-one knew of the company. No contact phone number was provided in the confirmation, nor is there one on the website. At this stage, we thought we'd been screwed over. Some nice staff from Avis helped us find a car.

PRASLIN
This was the second car used on our trip from this company and, after issues with the first car on Mahe, we were hoping for better on Praslin. Unfortunately, it was worse. We arrived at the ferry terminal, again to no-one greeting us with a car. We asked around and no-one knew the company and could not help. We ended up waiting an hour as it was raining before getting a taxi to our accommodation, to find that the car was there, not at the ferry terminal as requested. On dropping the car off four days later, the woman picking the car up tried to argue that we had chipped the paint on the underside of the car, when it was clearly just dirt. Since arriving back from Praslin, we still have not received a response from this company regarding any re-imbursement for the pick up issue (taxi charge + one day refund). Poor service and poor attitude from a poor company. Please do yourself a favour and avoid booking through creolepay.com

Creolepay Car Hire Service Seychelles

Hi,

I would like to share my concerns with this company to avoid others experiencing the same service. I booked CreolePay as the price was affordable and the online customer service was responsive. We booked for 4 days in Dec 2018.

I was due to collect at 9am from the airport. When my wife, 3 year old son and I arrived, the person meeting us was not there. We called him and he arrived approximately 15 minutes late, without a car.

He advised us that the car was at the jetty and would take us there to collect it. It felt very disorganised. We reminded him that we paid for a child seat before we left the airport. He left the car, went to one of the local taxi hire companies at the airport and brought back a dirty and unsafe appearing child seat.

When we arrived at the jetty the car had just arrived back from the previous customers. The car was dirty and had dents and scratches. Making matters worse, the previous customer told the representative that the front left tire was grtting flat and they had to fill it with air.

This left us concerned and when we asked for a different car we were told none were available and the representative quickly rushed off. We felt very upset at this point but continued with our journey.

The following 2 days we had to pump up the wheel at the nearby petrol station. Every morning the pressure was at 18 and should have been 32. We contacted the rep and asked him to either change the wheel or replace the car as we were concerned for our safety. Firstly he told me to change the wheel for myself and when I expressed my concern, he came to the hotel, took the car away and brought it back some time later. He said he repaired the wheel, however we believe that all he did was pump more air into it at the nearby petrol station. We will never know.

The following day the tire was flat again. When we arrived at the jetty to return the car we complained to the the rep about the car quality and service. He became angry and said he didn't like complainers and that all Indians like to complain. At this time we felt there was no point continuing and we parted company as we already too stressed.

In the end, you get what you pay for, free sat nav but an unsafe car and poor customer service. Had he arrived on time, with a clean car without a puncture and clean child seat we would have been happy. I hope this review helps others to make a more informed decision.

Punctuality in both pickup and drop

Punctuality in both pickup and drop timings. The car was well maintained and the same model we had booked online was delivered to us. There were no other extra charges to be paid other than what was mentioned in the website. The Honda fit that we booked was spacious and comfortable, we had a fantastic experience in seychelles.

We had rented cars for our time in both …

We had rented cars for our time in both Mahe and Praslin from Creolepay.  This saved us a lot of time during our trip to Seychelles as we did not have to waste time in finding a ride.Excellent and punctual service. The car was delivered to the resort we stayed at, so we did not have to go through much trouble in picking up the ride after reaching Seychelles.
