I've been a CREED connessieur since 2020. The service, product knowledge and personal style of the Madison Avenue, NYC boutique was impeccable. I always enjoyed the unique and intense aromas from Love... See more

Creed is by far, the best perfume brand out there. From the quality of the scents to the history of making perfumes to royalty and celebrities. Creed is my absolute favourite perfume brand, and of course their service is great.

Ordered some samples for EUR 45 online. Delivery delayed. Informed the company on the homepage that I do not want delivery, you get a bot or a brainless person. Then delivery and I ask for refund instructions. Just more bots talking rubbish. one week of correspondence and the company would simply not provide return instructions. Ended up taking the box to a shop and returning it, no refund of course. NEVER AGAIN

I bought bottles of Creed Aventus over time and while the fragrance smells amazing, I've been really disappointed with evaporation issues from the bottles. For a premium - priced aftershave, you expect much better quality and longevity. What's made it worse is the customer service. I contacted Creed regarding the issue and either received what felt like a generic response or no proper reply at all. Very disappointing considering how expensive these products are.

very good perfumes, a bit expensive but very qualitative.

I bought the Queen of Silk 75ml perfume for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift, and she absolutely fell in love with it. The fragrance is elegant, luxurious, and long-lasting.
What made the experience even more special was the beautiful 3x10ml gift set that came with it, featuring some amazing perfumes that I personally really enjoyed. My wife later gave that set to me as a Father’s Day gift, so it turned into a lovely experience for both of us.
Everything from the packaging to the customer experience felt premium. A truly enjoyable purchase and definitely recommended for anyone looking for a special gift.

Terrible customer service
I love creed fragrances and therefore invested in 3 of their atomisers. So I can travel with a selection of their fragrances i have in my collection when away. However I was rather disapointed on my last trip away as the magnetic ring had come away from the cap of one of the atomisers.
I contacted them via email (28 april) and was advised to return it to where I purchased it together with the receipt. I replied that I live in North Devon and I made the purchase in London whilst visiting around 18 months ago. Additionally I did not think that I would need to retain my receipt for an item like this. I have send pictures of the faulty item as well as a copy of my statement showing the purchase of the item (£55) from creed shop in London. Their reply was they "have sent the info to the relevent team for review and assement and will get back to me" this was on the 1 may and now we are on the 11 may and ive heard nothing. Not what I expected from such a prestigious brand with Royal approval
UPDATE
Received an email today telling me to sort out my issue with the creed shop in Covent Garden (209 miles away). They are unwilling to help another way.
Not prestigious at all. I will swith to dupes now
They are unbelievable!! I ordered on Friday evening to Poland. Here I have Monday - one work day and collected order at 12 o’clock. I’m addicted of silver mountain water and test all of offer;)

UPDATE
Be careful buying Creed perfumes, serious quality concerns with Aventus
I am updating this review following the conclusion of my complaint.
The original issue concerned a bottle of Creed Aventus purchased from an authorised retailer (Harvey Nichols) . Having worn Aventus for many years, I immediately noticed that this bottle performed significantly differently from what I had previously experienced. The scent profile felt noticeably lighter, the balance appeared different and the longevity was extremely poor. I tested it repeatedly on multiple occasions, on both skin and clothing, before raising my concerns.
At the time I also noted that numerous customers, including many on this platform, had raised similar concerns regarding batch inconsistency, declining performance and variations between bottles. Whilst individual experiences will inevitably differ, it was clear that I was not alone in raising concerns about quality and consistency.
My greatest disappointment, however, was not the product itself but Creed's response when those concerns were raised.
As the manufacturer of the product, I expected Creed to take a genuine interest in a complaint relating to quality and consistency. Instead, I was effectively directed back to the retailer. Whilst I appreciate the retailer has legal responsibility for the sale, I found it disappointing that a luxury fragrance house appeared unwilling to engage more meaningfully with concerns relating to one of its flagship products.
The result was that I spent weeks being passed between organisations whilst attempting to obtain a resolution.
The matter escalated through numerous emails, complaints, reviews and ultimately the involvement of my bank. Only after extensive escalation and sustained effort was the issue finally resolved, with Harvey Nichols accepting the return, covering the return postage and issuing a full refund. This was a battle.
The irony is that the eventual outcome demonstrated that my concerns were worthy of consideration from the outset.
This experience also served as a reminder of the importance of consumer protections. As the dispute became increasingly protracted, I found myself relying on the protections attached to my credit card purchase and the ability of my card provider to investigate the matter independently. By the time the matter was finally resolved, the process of challenging the transaction was already underway. Consumers making high-value purchases should ensure they understand the protections available to them should problems arise.
What is particularly disappointing is that neither Creed nor the retailer appeared to recognise the amount of time, effort and inconvenience required to reach that point. The complaint consumed countless hours of correspondence, follow-up, escalation and persistence. Despite this, no goodwill gesture of any kind was offered. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience, no attempt to restore confidence and no recognition that the process itself had become wholly disproportionate.
That is what has damaged my confidence in the brand most significantly.
Luxury brands do not distinguish themselves purely through marketing, heritage, packaging or price. They distinguish themselves through the way they support customers when issues arise. In my experience, Creed fell well short of that standard. Rather than feeling supported by a luxury fragrance house, I felt I was being redirected elsewhere and left to fight the issue largely on my own.
The financial dispute has now been resolved, but my confidence in the brand has not been restored. What should have been a straightforward discussion regarding a premium product became a prolonged and unnecessarily difficult process that ultimately required public escalation, repeated complaints and bank involvement before it was concluded.
For a fragrance house operating at this price point, I expected significantly better ownership, customer care and support.
As a result of this experience, I will not be purchasing Creed products again, and I would encourage consumers spending significant sums on luxury fragrances to ensure they understand the protections available to them before making a purchase.

I recently purchased a fragrance gift from Creed Fragrances UK and was extremely disappointed with both the condition of the item and the way the issue was handled.
The order arrived with a broken sample inside the box, leaving shards of plastic throughout the packaging and contents. This made the item unsafe to handle and completely unsuitable to give as a gift.
I contacted customer services immediately and provided photos. While they did arrange replacement samples and advised that replacement packaging would be sent, this did not arrive in time for the intended occasion. As a result, I was unable to use the item and had to purchase an alternative gift at my own expense.
Despite explaining this clearly, and the fact the item was not fit for purpose as a gift, the company refused to offer a refund or replacement for the main item, as they could not confirm damage to the bottle itself. This was despite the fact I could not safely inspect it due to the broken plastic within the packaging.
Overall, very disappointing for a luxury brand. The issue was not handled with the level of care or customer service I would expect.
Update:
I have already been in direct contact with customer services over multiple emails, however the matter remains unresolved. Despite being advised that replacement packaging would be sent, this did not arrive in time and I was unable to give the item as a gift. I had to purchase an alternative at my own expense.
I would be happy to engage with a Customer Care Manager, but only if this leads to a different outcome than what has already been offered.
