Did not get approved

Was nice and courteous. Did not approve me. It was not what I was expecting since I have a 785 credit score. I have several Credit cards with $16,000.oo limits on personal side. Very low debt to income ratio. Below 9% charged on credit cards. Also have business credit card. Must be very tuff to get approved

Great program

Great program! It helps so much when business owners are paying big bucks during construction, meanwhile knowing typically we will get some compensation from the landlord. Makes life easier to have this bridge loan so we can have ease in life and do more. Highly recommended!
