Satisfied with my account

Initial phone conversation was good. The subsequent 1st Enrollment Kit emailed to me was incorrect and did NOT reflect the facts and figures my agent and I had agreed on. Three days later, after I had made 2 calls trying to reach my agent to no avail, I received (through email) a second Enrollment Kit with the correct 'Summary of Terms". I have yet to receive a call from my agent explaining what happened and confirming that I indeed have the policy we spoke of. This is poor customer service and creates in me a lack of trust in the company.

I really liked talking to Nick. He does a really good job and he told me to call him anytime. I had questions to answer and that was a good feeling. I just thought it was going to be knocked down more money than it was to me. That was disappointing. The example of $25,000 was knocked down to $12,000 on the paper that was sent and I had $29,000 and it was not knocked down to half and they were all the banks and stuff that you deal with. I feel my payment would have been lower if they knocked it down to half like in the example.
