Geoff with the Pembroke office was excellent to work with. I had worried current conditions would have made my goal of getting my children a swing set a daunting task. I have to say, from first inquiry to installation my expectations were met and then some. My children LOVE it and I can’t wait to see them grow with it over the next several years! Great quality!

Very happy! There was so many options, but Ida helped steer us in the right direction. Being stuck at home everyday due to COVID has been a blessing to have this thing in the backyard. It has made time fly by and is a blast to play with. Thank you again

Trisha was a pleasure to deal with during this crisis. She was helpful, accommodative and professional in making sure we got what we needed in a timely fashion. We needed a few missing parts after installation but she made sure they were sent immediately. Early days but we are very happy with the Williamsburg swing set.

The boat wheel should beep. And the binoculars should be able to be adjusted.

This rating is a direct response to my interaction with Anela from the Scarsdale location. I have not yet received my set, but she was extraordinary throughout my shopping and decision-making process. I called many times with many questions. Both pre-order and post-order, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, transparent and incredibly helpful. Creative Playthings is lucky to have her on their team. I recommend you ask to speak with her if you are considering making a purchase.

Update: Thanks to Creative Playthings for the quick follow-up to this review. They reached out and I received my swing in just a few days. A great product, as always, just some kinks in the system at the moment (understandably).

I write this knowing and understanding that things today are unusual and so much is beyond our control. When I ordered a new swing for my baby I understood it may take longer to ship than normal. However, I have heard nothing from CP other than the initial email to say they received my order. No word on delivery at all. I have called twice and emailed and still no response. I’m not upset about not having the swing, I am frustrated about the total lack of communication.

I ordered and paid for a glider swing with premium bracket but received a glider swing with "economy" bracket. It took almost 3 weeks of numerous emails and phone calls to customer service with no response until I left a review. I received the correct bracket almost a month after my initial order. All this could be due to COVID-19 and the new challenges businesses face because of it.

Install; would have given a 5, but the stakes weren't driven far enough into the ground- when each (3) swing is in use, the leg lifts off the ground.

Overall satisfied. There were a couple screws missing and some chipped off wood, but they put it together accurately

Our grandsons swingset was installed today. Installers did a great job. Swingset is solid, a perfect addition to the backyard.

The swing arrived sooner than I expected given the conditions created by Covid19. Very pleased

From ordering through installation we had a great experience. Tricia was great, keeping us informed about delivery and installation and answering any questions. Installation team was excellent.

Everyone at Creative Playthings was great. We purchased our new springfree trampoline from the Pembroke store and then picked it up at the distribution center a few days later. Everyone was informative and helpful. The trampoline itself is great and the kids LOVE it!

Installer was great, on time and very patient and efficient.

Todd was very patient with us while we made our decision about which swing set to buy. The installation crew was very efficient and did a great job cleaning up the area before they left.

Linda was so patient and answered all my questions repeatedly over multiple phone calls. The playset is excellent quality.
