I did not receive an answer to my…

I did not receive an answer to my email. Also, I followed you direction to return my purchase and have not heard if you that you have received it.
There is no phone number to call and speak with a human.

The Aran sweater I received is scratchy.

The Aran sweater I received is soooooo scratchy. Rather like the wool of 40 years ago. I have received several wool gifts from friends and family, as well as those purchased by myself when visiting Ireland (clothes, throws/blankets, shawls etc) in the last 20 years and the wool has been beautifully soft, so I'm confused. I gave it 3 stars because it's a pretty design and I'll try wearing it with a cashmere turtleneck underneath.
