Liam is a time waster and doesn't answer emails and cannot prioritise the needs of his clients. While the product is great, my interaction with him has soured my working relationship as he has incredibly poor communication skills. If you're ok with dealing with slow, uncommunicative sales people then you will absolutely love it.

A good quality product but
A good quality product. Four stars because at @£50 per 200 x 100mm sticker it was a little expensive. We also asked for a quick turnaround but that didn't happen, still fulfilled the original delivery time though.

All quotations can be discussed before agreement and the bespoke nature of your stickers in vehicle-grade reflective vinyl. We are able to offer a quick turnaround at times but need prior notice before the order is accepted to see if we can squeeze it into our busy production schedule, we're sorry on this occasion we couldn't meet the tight turnaround but did manage to get them to you within the standard lead times. If we can be of any assistance in the future, we look forward to working with DocBike again.

Excellent communications - I am never in doubt about the progress of our order. Prompt and efficient, and sensibly priced. And you meet our design requirements accurately - I have never had to correct a proof.

I can see your project was to print and send 2 large almost 2-meter wide PVC-free 2mm Card Display Panels to London from our Devon print room. We apologise if you feel the protective packaging was excessive but wanted to make sure they both arrived with you undamaged ready for your exhibition. Cardboard displays of this size do not travel well so the extra protection is a necessity. We are hoping to remedy this situation soon, and have reignited our search to find more PVC-free and sustainable packing alternatives that can be effective in both cost and quality. We hope we have this ready for you in the future, and hope your exhibition attendance was a success. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require more information.

I Love my new whiteboard. The process was easy and all my many questions were answered quickly. During the design process there was excellent communication and all my changes were taken on board. I highly recommend them.
