I used the customized feature on the website to order a pendant of a specific cord length. The item arrived 6” longer. After emailing multiple times regarding the issue, they agreed it was an error and would send a replacement. It has been 30 days, multiple emails again and still no replacement. They shift the blame to transportation company even though they printed the incorrect label. I requested a full refund in which they agreed with the comment “the original order was only slight incorrect” If you offer a custom product at premium, I disagree that if is not to size it should be an issue. Poorly managed company and poor customer service.

After the initial issue, we arranged a replacement; however, due to recently introduced and more stringent U.S. customs procedures, the shipment was held at customs for an extended period and never reached its destination.
While some of these circumstances were beyond our direct control, we fully acknowledge that the overall handling of the order did not meet the standards we strive to provide. For this reason, a full refund for the original order has been issued.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our service and internal processes.

Creative Cables has excellent products for your lighting needs. When I found the item I was looking for, I thought I was dealing with a vendor from the US, it turns out they are in Italy. I was nervous about buying internationally but they also have an above and beyond customer service department. They helped me when I realized I had purchased exra parts and were very good to work with. The product I purchased , clear lucite arch brackets for my pendant lamps are wonderful and easy to install. Very Happy with my items and their customer service. Would definitley recommend.

Quality Products, Missing Items, Customer Service Lacking
Recently placed my first order with Creative Cables. Quality of what I received I great. Unfortunately, I did not receive everything I ordered and paid for. I received my package on a Friday and noticed I was missing three of my Fairleads and immediately emailed. Due to the weekend and the company being outside the US, I did not get a response until Monday. Not a big deal. The issue was I asked to take a picture of the box and packaging. I had spent the weekend installing the pieces, which look amazing, using screws as placeholders for the Fairleads. I explained this in a follow up email and took pictures of the installation with an explanation. I have yet to get a response. I would love to get my missing pieces so I can finish my project. In summary, products are amazing, customer service seems to be lacking.
UPDATE: I got a very quick reply to my review here and have now replied to the email I was sent three times with no further correspondence from creative cables. Disappointing.

I ordered a 70 cent part
I ordered a 70 cent part. Shipping was $20.00. Total invoice $20.70. I get a message from DHL that an $18.46 cent duty tax is due on the item. That is outrageous for a 70 cent item I refused to pay so I didn't get the part., I want a full refund including shipping.

Not the quality I expected
Fast shipping however the finish on the little rechargeable lamp has flaws around the charging port and the button to turn on the lamp. Something not expected for the price. And something that should have been easily caught in a quality check. Disappointing.

I love the product, BUT…
I love the product! But I’m a first time client and from what I ordered, I think alarm bells should have been going off. Because of course I didn’t see that the cord I ordered was the heavy duty cord. And therefore WRONG! There is a lot to take in on your site. And an easy mistake to make that could have been prevented if the person who is picking the order pays attention and reached out to confirm.
