Very disappointed- I ordered Nymo thread and received a spool of thread that is twisted and breaks easily.
Customer service answeared that that was the nymo thread they had in stock. Well, it's not a Nymo thread they sent me. Every beader know what Nymo thread is.
Customer service wouldn't refund my purchase without me returning the thread. In that case I have to pay for the return.
I had never heard of Crazy Crow beads after being with one site for years and I was very hesitant to place an order because of just so many scammers these days. I placed an order and had issues with payment. It was on my end so contacted them and it was cleared up in minutes.
I ordered some very hard to find beads made in France and received the order in about a week and a half. (Advice: if beads have been discontinued order extra to ensure colors match and project completion. Price couldn't be beat.)
Exactly what I needed - Thank you!
Extra in the box was a pretty good sized catalogue. It was like a surprise Christmas catalog! They offer soooo many things to help complete regalia - beads, teeth, claws, bells, feathers (imitation for those illegal to sell), leather, shirts, dresses, bags, pipes,... items needed for Woodlands, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast,... Supplies to reenactments whether mountain man, Revolutionary War, Civil War... - right down to period looking playing cards, cooking utensils, service ware, candlsticks, some premade clothes,... on and on and on.
Wow! So thankful I stumbled onto Crazy Crow!
Native American shouldn't mean made in India. Misrepresentation of cheap foreign products and incorrect order fulfillment, I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Crazy Crow Trading.
