Avoid this company.

You pay them £1500 one off payment then they still expect yoh to pay £160 month. They don't acknowledge big payments..

I've got £167 ,left to pay and they trying to get me to pay £160 plus. I've told them I'll be paying £75 end of the month the remainder end of May.

Aggressive staff stay away from this company.

Do not buy from this company. Bunch of thieves. Wrong items delivered, poor quality items and don’t get me started on customer service… absolutely diabolical. They keep cutting you off. Tell you that emails have been sent when they haven’t and when you try to speak to a manager no one gets back to you. AVOID AVOID AVOId

They gave me a credit limit of £200 which I placed an order I booked a day off work to receive my parcels they never came I phoned jd Williams to see what happened to parcel they changed there mind and took credit off me I lost a days wages do not trust them

Is this company for real. Got a letter cancelling my order. No explanation, no contact number. Trying my best to find out the reason for cancellation, trying to find out which particular order, and trying to find out if there is a human being there? Everything seems robotic.

Ordered 6 weeks before Christmas and they managed to still not deliver. The support is appalling! Keeps asking to confirm the same information. And can’t even guarantee the cancellation of an order that hasn’t even been dispatched despite being already 3 days late for delivery. Don’t waste your time and nerves with this lot…

This company is a scam.ordered a mattress. Received a different one from the advertised picture,its not suitable. Now I can't get in contact with anyone to get it sent back. I would strongly avoid this company.

I never even got as far as ordering my goods. I tried numerous times to register as a new customer, making sure all the details were correct, and they were. As soon as I pressed submit it kept coming up saying there was an error. I then “spoke” to an AI person and got nowhere. I was then eventually put on to a team member, and it was obvious it was a standard reply, so I came out of that and rang them, twice, and the calls were cancelled both times as Impressed the extension number. As a last resort I emailed them and just got a standard reply. I’ve given up now and going elsewhere, which I would recommend anyone else to do.

So someone fraudulently tried to use my details to create a credit account and ordered some goods. I received a letter out of the blue saying the order had been cancelled. I rang their customer services to ask what the delivery address was on the order so I could inform the police. They said that as I was not the person who opened the account they could not share those details with me. No wonder crime is out of control in this country.

Extremely poor experience with JD Williams. They only delivered half of the item we ordered and when we finally got through to customer service, they processed the wrong action after initially confirming they understood the issue raised.
After a second call we were told that they had to collect the item as they did not have the other half of the original order. Only when collected could they issue a refund. They then explained I could reorder the item once the collection had taken place….why would I reorder an item that you’ve explained you don’t have in stock?!

Ordered a product shows on website will be delivered within 5 working days, confirmation email received to show 5 working days which would have been Wednesday 2nd July, website orders now show 2nd August? This is false advertising as now have to rush around making new arrangements as this was initially a gift for someone's birthday!!! Will now have to wait 3 to 5 working days for a refund, Will not be shopping with you again!!!

Simple transaction with clear instructions

Ordered from Crazy Clearance for the first time, got a great bargain (discounted suede ankle boots), paid for next day delivery. Parcel arrived the next day via Evri as promised, boots are fantastic, great fit (EEE wide fit) I am very pleased. I paid by PayPal in case there were any issues as per some customer reviews about this company on Trustpilot, as I have found PayPal brilliant when it comes to getting refunds for goods that don't arrive, but all was well. I'd definitely purchase again from this website.

Shocking AVOID!!!!!!!

I like a lot of the products although sometimes poorly made...but the reason I'm giving a poor score is the interest rates. Bought alot over Christmas and now paying dearly for it. I always pay more than the minimum payment. Just paid £40 and received my new statement. Over £25 in interest charges. So only took my bill down by just over £14.
Disgraceful. They are literally ripping people off.
