Jewellery is great. I wish the search function on the site was a bit more detailed so I could filter it more easily but they have so much stuff to choose from for every hole you've got! Postage takes a while but I don't mind as the quality is excellent.

Great customer care
The item ordered unfortunately was faulty, but customer care was amazing in getting to a solution. Both a refund and store credit were options. In this case the refund was credited to my account so I could order the same plus a slightly different product at once.

I won't be ordering from this site again. I received the item, but it fell apart as soon as I unpacked it. I ordered a piercing tunnel with a stylish stone pendant; the stone fell right out of its setting upon unpacking. There was just a dab of glue in the setting—nowhere near enough to hold the stone in place. A shame.

ever since your cart is only saved for 1h its really annoying deciding what to get or buying anything at all. i have given up on multiple purchases because my cart was not saved. i understand why this is in place but id like to express how infuriating it can be.

Good products, Bad delivery
Good products, however extremely bad delivery. I had almost no updates throughout the process, other than ones I had to write emails for. I had to write an email to find out my package was delivered to a pickup store days ago. If I had not written the email my package might have been sent back without me getting any notification. I am not impressed by the lack of communication. All I got from my last email was a link to the postal service and a "this is all they tell us". Not very impressed. Overall a bad experience however good products for the price.

Poor customer service & delivery not arrived
Don't order from crazy factory. My order should've arrived 10 days prior to this date and this is how they respond in the attached below. Don't care about customers or resolve a problem. Just a poor company on the whole. Might I add placed a £250 order from a tattoo shop and was looking at the company as are "go to" for piercings as our main supplier. Temu is even better
