I have been extremely impressed by Crawfords throughout the whole buying and aftersales experience. I bought a package as a present for my wife and was thrilled with the product and the professionalism of Crawfords. I've dealt mainly with Gabbie who is both very knowledgeable and polite. I have sought her guidance a couple of times, being new to the detecting world, and she has been very kind. I'm sure the kit I've bought will help us find some trinkets, but the greatest treasure we've found so far is Crawfords themselves. Thankyou

I recently bought the Minelab Equinox 700 from Crawfords.
Firstly, the price had dropped by £100 so unexpected bonus for me, delivery was good, received a message to say the day of delivery and then on the day given an hour slot of delivery, packaged well and very pleased with the detector which also came with a few unexpected extras!

Probably a review with a difference. I'm in my early seventies and have been into fishing most of my life, but after giving it up a couple of years ago I was missing the outdoors, my son suggested metal detecting. So here we are, after trawling the Web and doing a bit of research on detectors/costs etc, I ended up at Crawfords and I must say I'm pleased I did, their professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. I was recommended going with the Nokta Simplex Ultra offer bundle plus the extra purchase of Nokta Pointer, offered with a small discount.
The customer service I received was the best by far I have experienced for a long while.
Delivery was extremely quick, it actually arrived the day after ordering, the parcel itself was well packaged.
So yes, I'm very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend Crawfords.
Since that purchase I have ordered a couple of other bits, which also arrived the day after ordering, so Crawfords will always be my go to place for detecting gear.

I Won a Minelab Nox 800. After approx a year the charging port for the headphones ceased to exist. Phone call to Crawfords, explaining the situation. Sent headphones which I thought were going to be repaired, but was replaced with a new set of headphones. Excellent after sales, and super speedy return, and they were returned. Highly recommended.

Had an item that broke, Crawfords contacted the manufacturer, whom honoured the warranty, the very next day the replacement was delivered.
After care service was superb, very impressed and super pleased with the service.

I bought something from Crawford's a few days ago. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and had to contact them for corrections. The staff in both departments I talked to were courteous and extremely supportive. The issue was resolved promptly, and my package arrived the following day. I just wanted to give Crawfords a big up on the warranty with Minelab detectors. Brought a Minelab metal detector off another company and had a warranty issue with a search head. Crawfords were on it and within 3 days I had a new head. And this was over the Christmas period. Well done and thank you
