I placed my first (and definitely NOT my last) order with Cram Vape at the end of Oct 2022. My order came a little slower than it usually would as Royal Mail were engaging in strike action, but I knew this would be the case as potential delays were clearly signposted on the website and during my order process. I appreciated info at the point of order as I probably wouldn't have known otherwise and it's not something CV can control, it's nice to be informed though.

When my order arrived 1 of the 7 NIC salts I ordered was missing from the order. I dropped CV an email about the missing item in the evening and they got back to me almost straight away (which was unexpected as it was outside of working hours), the very next day they dispatched missing item to me and kept me informed the whole time. I haven't lowered my rating to reflect the missing item as we're human and this stuff happens from time to time. Cram Vape done a grand job of fixing it and that is what's important. I'd thoroughly recommend this store to anyone and certainly won't hesitate to use them again when the need arises.
