Complete shambles
Evri sent message to say delivery was delayed, nothing happens for days, so I contacted Craghoppers to be told that the parcel had been returned to them because of damage in transit. credit was issued and if I want the order I have to go through the whole process again. Why use Evri who have screwed up on multiple occasions and why not resend the order automatically? Shambolic and not in any way intended to give customer satisfaction.
