Exceptional customer service. Very happy with my purchase and the communication was helpful, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

We placed an order from this company and have had problems with our order and a complete lack of communication from the company. One of the items was missing from our delivery and though spending enough to qualify for free delivery this was not applied to our order. We have emailed the company several times about both issues and have not had a single response. Furthermore they are no longer responding by phone. So I would recommend avoiding placing any orders with this company.

I think it's fair to say that Corona has made everything go wrong. I ordered easily, got notified that items might be late due to pandemic. Item came a few days later. Good service during a tricky time :)

Absolutely rubbish and not pleasent customer service. No money back for returns. Avoid.

I would actually give them NO STARS, they don’t deserve any! What a terrible company to order from. Placed an order on 15th May only to get an email on 21st to say order has been dispatched and will take a further 4-10 days to arrival. Absolutely ridiculous!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. They also seem to use the cheapest form of delivery as the items cannot even be tracked!

Had an email from craftyarts confirming my order and apologizing for the delay.
which was good to have. 13th may 2020
Then I received another email saying my order seems to have been canceled
on the 14th May 2020 due to non payment!
unless payment goes through you cannot have an order number.
Emailed back on the 15th May 2020 explaining my paypal account is showing payment has been taken please could you please email me.
no email from them but refund was sent on the 15th May2020!!!!
I wanted the goods!
Really do not understand what on earth is going on with this company
maybe they have taken offence to my previous email!!
I will stick to company's I normally use such as Hobby Craft.

I rely heavily on trustpilot reviews for making online purchases. And I have been looking for a website to buy paint by number kit, for months. After getting one order cancelled and another not reaching me ever, I finally came across CraftyArts. I love the fact that they only sell stuff that is available "in stock". Saves you from placing an order and waiting for it forever. I ordered thinking that it will still take sometime considering the pandemic, but my canvas came on the 4th day from the date of order. Super super impressed. Very happy with the kit. Going to surely buy again. Guys, whatever you are doing, keep at it! Its working :)

I was looking for something to do during social isolation and got an amazing discount on one of their 'Schipper paint by numbers', the ordering process was fast and easy even during these unsure times which goes to show. The products I ordered came exactly as I expected and took around 2/3 days to arrive in the UK. I even got a free mouse mat which I felt was a really nice gesture. Great service would definitely order more stuff in the future.

One out of three items delivered was wrong and they do not answer emails ....

I purchased four items from Crafty Arts. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered 2 paint palettes which were well priced. Both arrived well packaged and delivered earlier than expected. Really good shopping experience.

The selection process on the website, reasonable.
The products available- poor.
The ordering process, absolutely awful!! Had tried three times, neither of which worked- had to call up to manually place an order and had to give all my credit card details over the phone, then was notified after placing the order it wouldn't be here for another week! It would be quicker for me to walk down from Leeds and pick it up myself.
Generally, really unhappy with the service, which is rare as I online shop daily, and this is one of my worst experiences. Unfortunately, wouldn't recommend!

Ordered from Craftyarts. This was not the cheapest option but they did have the item in stock which was important to me.

Order delivered on time and well packaged.

I run a small arts group for a charity and have found crafty arts to be ideal for our needs. I can perceive a need during a session and order and receive supplies in time for next weeks session. I would recommend this company to any individual or group tutor/leader.

I have shopped many times with Craftyarts over many years. They offer great value for money, excellent customer service, prompt and secure packaging and delivery. I have bought mostly polymer clay supplies for which they are the best UK supplier in my opinion. I have also bought stationary, kids toys and games, jewellery supplies and fabric pens. All of which have been provided with the best of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. (No I don't work for them ;)! Just a very happy customer.)

Brilliant couldnt of asked for a more pleasent experience in online shopping could do with a few more items as very limited in what to buy (specifically the sequin art but over all great value for money even after shopping around was still the cheapest i found for good quality items

I found this site by chance and absolutely love it. Amazing value for money, everything I want and need. great products and a great way of earning points to get even more great things. Fast delivery so as far as I am concerned service so far is fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
