Ok, but customer service is non-existent
I regularly order CraftUK products from Amazon but the quality in paper seems to vary a lot. I can’t seem to get hold of anybody to discuss it. I have tried reaching out to the company via their contact form on their website 5 times and have also sent emails to the email addresses on the website, but have never received a response which is really disappointing.
I frequently use 6’’x12’’ 300GSM Hammer effect card blanks. The odd batch is ok and sturdy, others are very flimsy and surely not 300GSM. I have sent multiple batches back to Amazon and re-ordered but I just want to speak to someone to find out if there is an actual issue with certain batches that they may not even be aware of or whether my expectations of product quality is too high.
6’’x6’’ cellophane bags are fab and have absolutely zero issues with that item.
