The items I purchased were broken and not at all as described. I tried to get a refund but they said to mail the items back to China? The mailing address that they sent it to me was not from China. I feel extremely ripped off. I guess shame on me!

As described... this is a horrible company! They sell low-grade knock-offs of items they advertise. Stay as far away as you can! I ordered the "Mysterious Forbidden Bullet Skull Wrist Watch" with the assurance from "Lisa" at Customer Service that the watch I would receive would be exactly as it appears on their website. I received this assurance prior to purchasing the watch. When I received the watch, it was an egregious, poorly copied watch that wasn't even close in appearance to the advertised watch. I should have known this purchase was too good to be true. Nonetheless, "Lisa" at Customer Service, stated, in no uncertain terms, that I would receive the photographed watch on Craboss. I recommended that they rename their website to CRAPoss.

Purchased a wreath and received something completely different. Not the same as the images or size that I purchased. They only offered a $10 credit and refused to send me the correct item or refund the full amount. Don't buy anything from these people...it's a scam.

This company promotes products on sites like Pinterest . They send an inferior product to the customer and offer a gift card of 5.00 or 10.00 versus refunding the product that can be used towards a purchase of 40 percent off other items on their website. I got sucked into their fall wreath product scam but luckily have used PayPal and am waiting on the outcome of my claim in hopes of getting my money back. Buyer beware!

Do not order any items from this company. The photos they use to advertise their products will not be anything you will get. The wreath I received is about a third of the size from the photo and looks very cheaply made vs full and lush. False advertising at its best.

This is a SCAM company. They seem to have infiltrated Pinterest so be very wary before making any purchases.

They advertise and present items that appear legitimate, but at least in my experience supply counterfeit and cheap look-alikes, Rather than offer refunds for this illegal practice, they will offer a 30% discount voucher as if you would have any intention of buying from them again?

Genuinely, do yourself a favour and swerve this disingenuous company. I do not expect to receive any refund or satisfaction from this company in my instance, so hopefully this will save others from making the mistake of buying anything from them.
