Crabb Curtis Estate Agents Leamington Spa - EXCELLENT
I have used Crabb Curtis, based in Leamington Spa, for over 20 years to fully manage my 2 properties. They have always been a small, friendly and extremely efficient estate agent who give great value for money, excellent advice and go the extra mile. Given that this is a small family business they know they need to give great service. Additionally one gets continuity. I also used them to sell the properties and sold the second one this year. They sorted everything out successfully and speedily including roof tiles which came off in a giant storm to avoid further damage. I had a great relationship with the Estate Agent and the team over more than 20 years (with one tenant staying in the property 17 years) and never felt the need to change.
