I had purchased headphones from this website / company and a week goes by and my package has yet to be "processed" i had to request a refund via PayPal because their "support hotline" isn't working i also tried contacting them through e-mail and they've responded with nothing.
Scam company
If I could give no stars I would. They listed a USMC glass for the 250th anniversary so I purchased it for my husband. We received a chintzy plastic cup with not even the same design. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course email them and that took multiple emails to get anywhere they offered a partial refund and stated that due to their shipping costs they can’t refund the full amount or it would cost more to send it back. It’s a scam company. Don’t waste your time
I'm super pleased with the quality 4 years later!
I bought my Cowin wireless headphones in 2021 and they are still working perfectly and that after being dropped many times! They still look and sound amazing. The battery life is not as strong. I do have to charge them more often. But they are premium sound and I'm super happy with them. I'm looking at all these negative reviews. I'm thinking maybe it's best to buy them from an off-site seller, where the return service and questions might be answered better. They did take a couple weeks to get here from whatever Asian country they are in. But I do know you can buy them from reputable, retail sellers. Hope that helps if you are thinking about buying a pair. The sound is amazing tho. And 4 years later no complaints.

I ordered a smart watch in early May. I emailed the company and they said it would be delivered within a few days. The tracking number shows the package at the post office in New Jersey. I went to the post office to see if they could move it along. They said there was nothing they could do because they didn't recognize the tracking number. I asked for a refund but all I got was an ai response saying that the package would be delivered in a few days. Two months later I still don't have the watch. Going to the bank to see if they can help.

I have contacted Cowin 8 times and they have failed to respond. It now mid February and I still have broken headphones and no information for exchange. Dreadful company
So this is my third review of this dreadful company.
Put simply, I ordered and paid for Bluetooth buds from Cowin in Dec 17 2023. It's now just turned May, over 4 months later and they still haven't been delivered what I paid for, nor has the company replied to email or company support messages.
Whatever you do, don't buy anything from this company - they just don't care.
Cowin Audio is a scam! Do not buy! They don't respond to costumer support emails!!
I purchased Cowin E7 headphones in August of 2022. As per Cowin's warranty policy if you purchase from their website your purchase is secured under a two year warranty. About a year after my purchase (July 2023), the audio went out in my headphones. I have been attempting to contact their email help line for nearly a year at this point. I have never received a response despite sending four emails. Their email is the only contact line listed on the COWIN website.
All measurements are way way off
A nice looking watch, but don't rely on anything other than the time and date. The Bp, Bs, workouts, sleep measurements etc. are just way off, maybe as much as 30%. But because they have stolen all your personal information, its a victory for them. I've tried 2 support emails and their official site messaging and no answer regarding my request for return. The delivery date may be intentionally delayed so that it's impossible to protest your charge card when you've already paid. This is fraud even China might not approve of....

I ordered 2 smart watches with blood sugar tracking capabilities. I have tried to contact them numerous times, to no avail. I tried the phone number that is actually in NY. I am totally disgusted with this company. I doubt I will received a credit even though they are paid for. One start is for prompt shipping, nothing else.

Not fulfilling the order
I see many similar posts here — ordered their headphones on January 6, and nothing since then, the tracking app says order received and that’s it… emails are unanswered…
It’s a shame because I used to have E7 and they are very comfortable and noise canceling is great, they died after couple of years of heavy usage which is fine. But what’s going on now with them looks like a total scam, taking money and not sending anything. What happened?
I bought the Cowin E9 and E8 a couple…
I bought the Cowin E9 and E8 a couple years ago as Chritmas presents. Other than a whole lot of confusion with delivery I was duly impressed by the sound quality particularly with the E9s. The E8s have a very loud and annoying voice announcement for on and off. The E9s are much better. All was good until I began to have problems and could not get support. First the E9 charge port screwed up (a pin or something broke and I couldn't recharge them, this happened after only 9 months. I tried their phone support (it now seems to be out of service), I sent several emails with zero response. Finally I abandoned the company, I started using the E8s they are still working although one of the ear covers cheap leather began peeling off leaving little black flecks on and in my ear.
Then my blind son needed some ear buds and I thought I would give them another chance (my bad), they finally arrived 6 weeks after the promised date and one of the ear buds didn't work. Again I tried to get in touch with them with no response.
I am officially disgusted with their lack of support and totally unimpressed with their horrible quality control. If you want to throw money away this would be a good way to do it, if you don't then find a different company. I'm quite sure you won't do any worse.

BUYER BEWARE!
I bought E8 headphones from Cowin Audio in March of 2023. They promised a two a two year warranty extension. After the first two months the headphones stopped charging. Since then I have been trying to get my headphones covered under warranty. I made every attempt to contact them. Here it is 12/24/23 and I have not heard or seen any response from them. Buyer be beware! Now I see Cowin Audio advertising on the TV. I am very frustrated.
Low Quality for a high price tag
Noise cancelling had a high pitch with low volume clicking every second. Reached out to customer service. They never replied to my emails. They never answer the phone. I lost 49 dollars on this purchase. Save the hassle and never buy from Cowin or anything advertised as E7
