I was more than pleased with my order. I did the 3 day priority, ordered it late Wednesday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday. The dress was as beautiful as the picture and the material was excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again 😊😊

Shipped very fast! A little disappointed because the dress was nothing like the picture showed. The red was solid red with a jaquard fabric. I ordered the fuchsia thinking it would be the same and it had a gold and red print all over it. However that was the brand manufacturers fault for not having a picture in all colors.

I love it. I feel like a princess when I have the dress on. It’s beautiful.

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Couture Candy. I ordered a dress that didn't fit, and trying to return it has been a nightmare due to their rigid return policy. They don't make the return terms clear at the point of purchase, and they don't offer refunds—only store credit, which essentially forces you to continue spending money with a company you are already dissatisfied with. Because I was out of town when the package was delivered, I was already had a 20% penalty fee before I even opened the box. Save yourself the stress and shop with a company that offers a reasonable, transparent return process.

Couture Candy is an absolute nightmare of an on line company and you should buy elsewhere! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you are 100% sure of the dress - colour, size, cut, fabric and fit. THEIR RETURN PROCESS IS CUMBERSOME, PUNITIVE AND EXPENSIVE! Read carefully because I did not understand their stringent policy and ordered two dresses of the same style in different colours. Neither fit and I now understand they make more money on returns than on sales! THERE IS NO CREDIT TO YOUR CARD, only a store credit so you are trapped. THEN THE FREE SHIPPING YOU RECEIVED IS RESCINDED. AND THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND 20% Fee if not returned in 5 days. And of course you have to pay to ship the dresses back to them only with Fed Ex or UPS. And the cumbersome return process - photos of dress, photo of the label, photo of Fed ex label, and insurance! So $1400 out of pocket for two dresses that didn’t fit AND WHY WOULD I EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN? BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give zero stars or negative numbers I would. The gowns are pretty but there is no service or credits!

It is now Aug 24th and after spending $1526.00 for two dresses I returned in perfect condition, I have a whopping $550. STORE CREDIT AND NO REFUND because their terms are so punitive. After my experience why would I want to try another dress that might not fit? Do not buy unless you are 100% sure it is the right style, colour and size.

I placed an order on August 5 and it was on my doorstep on August 11. The dress exceeded my expectations and fit perfectly. Couture Candy called the next day to confirm everything was received as expected. I appreciate the thorough customer service and will be ordering again.

I found the same exact Hoco dress that from your website that my daughter tried on in a bridal store. I couldn’t believe it when the price was less than half of what I would have paid at the bridal store. She had already been sized so I knew exactly what to order. I bought it that same night and it arrived 4 days later. It was just as beautiful as the one she had tried on. I am so thankful I found Couture Candy. My daughter loves her dress.

Do Not Buy from them!!!!!I ordered a dress that was so beautiful! It’s Marsoni by color for my son’s wedding. I have been measured professionally and also myself and the hips on the size 6 are supposed to be 38 inches. They are not. They are almost 4 inches smaller. The dress is snug. I asked for a store credit and they said they need me to film the seamstress measuring the gown to prove it’s not measuring the size it’s supposed to!!!NO seamstress will commit to this. They did not make the gown and are afraid to do this. I believe this practice is not legitimate and in some states illegal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are saying they will review it on this site but in reality they said to me in an email just now that they have to have a video of the seamstress measuring the dress.

I absolutely love ordering from Couture Candy! As a pageant veteran I always seek the best designers but try my best to stick to a reasonable budget. Couture Candy has an amazing collection and offers the best prices. I've been able to purchase several gowns for less than $500 with the sales they have offered. Shipping and delivery is prompt, the quality is supreme, and customer service is amazing! I already have options saved for my next competition!

Unfortunately I did not read the return policy. Buyer beware…I thought I had 30 days but you only have 5. I ordered two sizes - they both require significant alterations. Now I’m stuck with two dresses.

I was looking for a unique dress for my wife that sparkled. This company has a lot of dresses that fit that description. But when I saw this blue dress and showed it to her we both fell in love with it, hoping that it was the right size one it arrived.
Luckily it was and she looks amazing in it. I would definitely recommend it.
She says it fits true to size. It seems to be of good quality.
