This dealership is totally dishonest with every deal

Courtesy Chrysler Dodge of Tampa dealership is so dishonest and will just lie right to your face with a smile. My first experience was purchasing my Jeep from them. So much finagling and dealing I got lost in the deal. I truly believe I lost my trade-in in the deal. Then came the recall for my car. They lied over and over on how they had to keep my car for several days after the firmware flash so the car could "sleep". That's a new on one on me. Then I had to use the fix a flat chemical for my left rear tire. The fix a flat chemical burned my rims paint off. Talk with the dealer, no deal my problem now. The Ferman Dealership of Westley Chapple flash my cars firmware replace the burned chemical rim and fix the interior seat cover no questions ask all under warranty. I reported Courtesy Chrysler Dodge of Tampa dealership to the BBB and Federal Trade Comm. I also called the Main Chrysler Office to report Courtesy and how dishonest riffraff they are as a car sales and repair shop. That got their attention. All they ask was for me to give a good review and remove any bad remarks but do nothing about the problems. I blame the oner, and the managers for all this because the employees do what the bosses tell them to do. Too many of their staff just make up one lie after another. Their web site says the most reviewed dealer,,,,ya they got that right. Bad remarks one right after another page after page of people complaining on how bad their service was. My advice, stay clear of Courtesy Chrysler Dodge of Tampa dealership and save yourself a bunch of worries and trouble. Let them go out of business and someone maybe honest will take that spot. I'd rather try a unknow car dealership than go back to Courtesy Dealership ever again.
